Totally worth it

When I ordered, I forgot to put the eyes distance, so I quickly contacted them and they answered not even 24h later and changed it immediately. The glasses I received were perfect and even came with a small screwdriver in case I needed to adjust the nose support. They also came in a cute case. I'm satisfied and really happy I let a chance to this company. The shipping was a little long, but the wait was totally worth it, I'm happy I was patient. It is totally normal for companies who started recently to take a little longer to ship, just be patient!

Excellent customer service!!

Excellent customer service!!! I bought a pair of shoes and ordered a size to small. I reached out to customer service and they arranged for a new size to be sent to me, free of shipping charge and no need to return to original pair. So helpful and understanding. Will definitely be buying other pairs as they are so soft and comfortable. The shoes look exactly like the picture.

5 Star Style, 1 Star Value + Service

Their glasses are absolutely amazing! There is no company I love more than Tijn when it comes to styles. The unfortunate part is that their prices are a lot higher than similar companies out there. Combine that with their lack of customer service and warranty, and you get yourself something that isn’t worth it unless you can casually spend $100+ on glasses multiple times a year. Bottom line: unless you need a cute pair for only special occasions or have money to blow, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! These glasses can’t handle daily wear.

My experience: My pair was barely 6 months old and had started falling off, but the frames weren’t loose. (They couldn’t be tightened even a hair, I checked multiple times!) It appeared they just bent with the wear of taking them on and off so frequently. Cheap material I guess. They offered me $10 off to get a new pair…which was laughable. They didn’t even care to hear about my issue, just wanted me to spend more money. If I could afford $300/year on glasses I’d buy designer that would last decades and just replace the lenses annually!

The glasses are quite cheaply made

The glasses are quite cheaply made which makes me question TIJN’s claim that they were sustainability manufactured. They literally creak when touching or handling, and do not feel durable at all. The website also doesn’t offer an opportunity to review products so they clearly realise there’s an issue.
The case that come with them are also very cheap, it’s just hot glued together, and is so thin and small that I doubt they offer any protection.

As mine are only blue light filtering I will keep them to use, but it’s a shame the quality doesn’t match the price.

First order

First order. It took 3 weeks between order and reception to the Netherlands.
The prescription has been done perfectly. The glasses were delivered in a beautiful box including a magnetic protective case. I am very happy and will order again.

Pretty sure the glasses are the wrong…

Pretty sure the glasses are the wrong prescription, they don't look like the photo. Took almost a month to arrive, ships from China and no proper reciept so you can't claim on insurance. Try Clearly instead.

Great customer service!

Ordered my usual shoe size but they were too big. I had waited a while to even try them on so I assumed it was too late but I emailed TIJN anyway and they shipped me a smaller size no charge and no need to return the first pair! So easy and so nice. I love good customer service, will definitely purchase again!

Do not buy glasses from this company

Do not buy glasses from this company. I received my glasses with the wrong prescription and they would not refund me or replace unless I brought them to another opticians to pay to access the prescription or pay to return them to China. I let them know this was completely unacceptable as I was a returning customer and was not willing to do this but they were not willing to do anything for me. Waste of money.

The glasses looked nice but flimsy poor quality

The glasses looked nice. However, they broke within one year - I tried to take them off as one does and a screw in the frame came loose. If I'd slammed them against something I could understand, however, I simply tried to take them off as normal and they broke.

To make matters worse, I emailed asking for a refund and they suggested I take them to a glasses shop to have them repaired. Didn't even specify which, suggesting it was my job to research and pick a shop then take more of my time to take them to said shop. I refused this and they stopped replying.

Essentially no customer service

Essentially no customer service. Got the wrong prescription, and they offered a $10 coupon for another pair lol. They also don’t provide proper receipts so making an insurance claim isn’t possible. Would have been less of a hassle to light $150 on fire.

Eyepieces turn green and cannot be replaced!

I have had the Claire glasses for JUST over a year now and one of the eyepieces has turned green underneath and can't be changed. Unfortunately TIJN won't even give me a discount on a replacement pair. The black paint on the frame also flakes off quite easily. I was so happy with this company at first, but this is a total bummer! I will no longer recommend to friends and family.

Awesome customer support

Ordered a pair of heels that I’ve been eyeing off of Instagram ads for months now. The shipping was great (probably took like a week or week and a half). But the shoes were too small :(. Although I couldn’t find an easy return button on their website, by emailing their customer support, they quickly offered to send me another pair, and I don’t even have to send the original pair back!!! Amazing! Shopping here again for sure.

I had ordered a few pairs of shoes from...

I had ordered a few pairs of shoes from TIJN in my regular shoe size but found that the sizings run quite small once they had arrived. So I contacted customer service to request if I could exchange them for a size up and they were very kind to say they would be resending some new pairs for me in the correct size. I really appreciated how considerate they were and they handled the situation so well.

Terrible service

2 weeks ago I jumped on the opportunity to purchase the helka shoes because they were half off. I don’t know where my package is, the package can’t be found when I try to track it.
And on top of that, I checked my bank account and my card was charged twice! I emailed them and still haven’t heard back. I’m afraid they will never reply so I might have to go to the bank and dispute the charge. Overall very disappointed in how they have handled the situation (or should I say, their lack of handling the situation). I do not recommend buying from them. It’s a shame though. All of their stuff is so cute.

Order placed on the 09/10/21 tried to…

Order placed on the 09/10/21 tried to email/messenger the company in regards to my order. Got Ignored a few times and hit with the lame excuse of ‘it takes 25 working days’. My shipping status has not been updated since 28/10/21. Will be taking it up with PayPal as I have tried on numerous occasions for the company to resolve this but have been met with sheer ignorance and being fobbed off. No attempts to resolve my isssue or provide reassurance just straight blank replies. NEVER AGAIN
