One star is too much for this company!!! I cannot stress enough how muchy you need to AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! Ordered a pair of glasses. They were soooo cheap and awful, they hurt just trying them on. Postage back to China....pretty much the cost of the glasses plus they charge £7 admin.....this is absolutely nowhere in the T&C's. They shouldn't be in business. AVOID at all cost
Save your money and your time. No communication, no help with return. They just took my money and that was it.

I actually had a very good experience, frames arrived within 2 weeks which wasn’t so bad. I figured I could get lenses done for a cheaper price than what they quoted so bought just the frames and fitted my prescription lenses via another company but overall very happy with the frame / delivery etc.
Horrible brand! Low quality products that won't last, and they DONT LET YOU RETURN ITEMS unless you pay an absurd amount of shipping back to their lab in China. For a brand that claims to be sustainable, this is ridiculous.

Avoid this site. Their "easy returns" is a huge lie. The glasses (which took forever to receive) were giving me a headache and their customer service was no help and wouldn't let me return them for a refund. Then the same frames I bought went on sale and I asked for at least a price adjustment and they said no. So I'm out $100+ and trash glasses. This was the worst experience I've ever had with an online glasses retailer. Avoid them if you care for your mental health.

I'm still waiting on my order. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and almost 2 months later, still nothing. I can't even get a legitimate tracking number from them. I reached out to costumer service and was pretty much told that once it is out of there hands it is no longer their problem...instead it's a problem for the shipping company. My question is, who is shipping my stuff?!?!?!?!

The glasses I have from TIJN are very cute and it is a shame I have had an overall bad experience with them. BUT they are the worst quality of glasses I have ever had. I have been wearing glasses for 20 years and have never had this problem. They are very poor quality and the material gave me contact dermatitis on my ears. When I reached out to TIJN customer service, they were not empathetic, helpful or proactive. They offered a 10% discount… which I think it terrible. I do not think it is a surprise that they don’t allow reviews on their website.

Unfortunately my shoe order fit was small for the size 8. I inquired aboutan exchange and was told to return the shoes at my cost to China. This was after waiting 6 weeks for the order to arrive. Gorgeous shoes but i cant shop like this.
Update 2025. They just responded nearly 3 years later! Duh.

I bought a pair of shoes, they are amazing! However, they are too small for it. I contacted TIJN and they said they would send a new pair of shoes. They responded instantly and were very kind. I definitely recommend them
Stay away from this company. I bought two pairs of shoes from TIJN, exact same size and one pair will not even go on my feet. I have contacted the company on multiple occasions over many months and have gotten nowhere with them. They wanted me to pay to ship the shoes back to their "lab" in China which would have cost as much as the shoes. What's more, the one pair that fit fell apart after wearing once. The soles of the shoes are non-existent and after one wear, the soles rubbed off. We learned the hard way about "labs" in China so if you want your shoes to get the Wuhan virus, beware.

Great purchase and the best costumer service I've experienced in a long time. I was skeptical at first due to some reviews and the low prices, but I love my shoes! I ordered 6 pairs- different colors in the helka, libby and katrens and they're so cute! I thought they'd be a bit more snug, but they're still very comfortable. The three helka pairs I ordered were too small in length. I reached out to tijn support and instead of exchanging and going through that hassle, they sent me three new pairs in the next size. I was surprised when they showed up! The customer service I experienced (besides receiving free shoes) was so refreshing. His name was Alex and he was punctual and considerate. I had the new shoes by the time I remembered to check my email. The first order took about a month, but it was Christmas. The second order came in less than a week! Will definetly order from Tijn again!
Great value for money!
I bought the Henk glasses and another pair of designer glasses from elsewhere & I immediately loved these. People are complaining about flimsy glasses but for £40 I got glasses I much preferred (and don't think of as flimsy) compared to the £150 I would have spent otherwise. Win win.
Disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes from here for a wedding and did not realize that they would be coming from China. I wasn't able to cancel the order and they did not come in time (took about a month). Unfortunately the shoe quality was in the end also terrible but not worth dealing w the return policy (shipping to china).

Before ordering anywhere new I check the delivery and returns policy, they had a banner saying free delivery and returns so I purchased 4 pairs to try. As they come from China, they took a month to arrive. As they were very thin and flimsy I enailed to return all 4 pairs of glasses. They sent me a returns address for which I had to pay tracking due to their extremely long list of terms and conditions denouncing any liability for any damages or anything lost in transit. This cost me over £24. I then had to get in contact to say that I hadn't received anything after a month. I eventually received a partial refund of £76.75 when I paid £92.10 for the glasses and emailed again to ask for the situation to be rectified to be told that 'customs fees are non refundable'. I got £15 of my returns costs back through PayPal as I paid through them and will open a buyers protection case to try and get my full refund otherwise it has cost me almost £50 to not have any glasses at the end of it.

Don't buy anything from this company. I bought $40 bag which is defected one. Each side is different. So ugly. To return this, they want me to ship back to China. They don't provide return label. Also they charge $7 restore fee. Basically I return bag and cost almost $40.

Bought a pair of glasses that arrived damaged and unwearable. Tried to contact the brand by email (got an automatic reply telling me to not spam them with emails or else they wouldn't take care of my issue) and tried talking to them via chat, in their website. Got NO real answer whatsoever. Buying from them or throwing my money out the window would have been the same thing.
