Item that came was completely different to that advertised. I returned it. Evri confirmed the item had been returned and the seller rejected the refund saying they hadn't received the item. It's a joke.

We sell around 3000 orders though TikTok monthly, Its a complete nightmare, no support horrible shipping solutions and lots of trolling customers causing a pain on chargebacks, refunds and customer support.

In addition to this, TikTok scams both sellers and buyers.

I am trying to understand how this country allows tiktok to do business here in the US and play with the peoples money, my wife and i put everything we had in opening an store on tiktok, we were transparent and for 5 month we were able to create and large amount of happy customers to the point that I stop my old job to put all my energy into growing our online business, I did not think that I was doing business with Comunists and they do not play a fair game, they change their polices from one day to another and for any reason and with out giving you any notice, they closed our account leaving my family without our first way of income in one day and the worst is that there is not way to claim nothing or defend yourself cause once yor account is close that
is it.
I am telling you to find a different way to sell your products online and do not use this plataform cause you will loose your money and will have to start from 0 again and again and it is really hard to run a business in those conditions.

I placed more than one order last week. I got only one thing. I contacted customer service she claims seller didn't meet time requirements on sending out items. I have never heard such a mess. They better send me back all my money. Sounds like a scam!!! Do better TikTok so called store!!

Terrible and unprofessional in equal measure. Why offer products at reduced prices when the sellers won't ship them. 15 orders made, 2 shipped, the remaining cancelled. Tiktok shop is largely just a waste of time and in any case shouldn't be trusted to completely fulfill orders. Pity it wasn't the same story with covid, that was delivered first class to the world...

I think, I placed 8 orders. I received only 1 order that was paid for full price. The all other orders were discounted from TikTok. But the sellers just cancelled the orders. I tried to buy the same item again and the price was increased.

Based on my personal experience and the reviews here, TikTok is running a Ponzi scheme. I ordered stuff and after taking my money I received a message saying my order had been cancelled. My refund would take three weeks to be processed. My experience seems like a common occurrence, going by the reviews here. Do not buy anything from TikTok. It’s just one huge scam. We need to file a class action lawsuit against TikTok.

One star because they really suck! Tried to contact customer service and instead of helping me they closed my ticket twice. For some reason my shop was offering free shipping when I was not. They replied before shutting down my support ticket that they was overwhelmed and could not get to my question.

Absolute rubbish, if you have a problem don’t contact customer service, you’ll just waste time. 4/4 times 30 minutes plus and no better than not bothering. Amateurs, zero stars.

Would give 0 if I could. Most of my order is now saying cancelled awaiting refund in 7-14days, this being 3 days after I purchased. Very very odd, from nearly all my order being cancelled (and probably the rest to follow) from multiple different sellers with same excuse for all??? Very Very vague reason for being cancelled aswell. Spoke to live chat and they stated logistics issue, what for all the sellers??? Very bizarre and feel this should be looked into by tiktok and 7-14days for refund??? Somethings not adding up. BUYERS BEWARE AND LEAVE WELL ALONE.

My order was stolen bye the delivery guy he pretended to put it through my letter box and left with it in his hand my neighbour watched him.

The experience I have had with TikTok shop is super appalling, and I would honestly request anyone considering expanding their business to TikTok shop to please AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have a very established online selling business at Amazon and a few other marketplaces. Considering TikTok shop a new platform, I created an account with them as well. They asked for the company detaila and IDs which were all provided. These documents were verified and the shop account was opened. However, on the very next day, I received an email that 'due to fraudulent activity, the account has been deactivated'. Since then I have raised an appeal (which was rejected), and wasted a lot of time trying to communicate with the TikTok customer service team to check what exactly has happened. Unfortunately, they have not provided any explanation, guidance or information at all. Each request comes back with the same answer that 'due to fraudulent activity, the account has been deactivated'. WHat I have been trying to emphasise upon is that there has been NO ACTIVITY at all from the account then how can it be fraudulent? Now, unless this new 'magical' business considers submission and approval of the identity documents as a 'fraudulent activity', no other action has taken place and they have just deactivated the newly created account.

Considering this experience, I would strongly urge everyone not to waste your precious time and avoid putting yourself in the agony of explaining things which they are not even willing to try understanding.

As a former seller on tiktok shop I am disgusted with the lack of support received from tiktok shop customer service.

I sold over 100 pairs of personalised Halloween pyjamas & on the 1st of November I received about 17 return requests which tiktok automatically approved. Iv only received about 9 pairs back all of which have been worn (some not even washed after wearing) when I questioned tiktok about allowing customers to return items that have been worn there reply was “Dear Seller,
We are committed to providing you with the best” Ticket Closed.

I have since closed my shop & will continue to sell via my website.

I would give it 0 if I could - ordered lots of stuff for birthdays and Christmas days later got an email for each item saying they have been cancelled and will get a refund in 7 to 10 days absolutley disgusting!!!

This kindergarten platform has no business selling in the US. They need to be looked into and removed. You go through hours of set up and there is always something that prevents you from succeeding. It's like it is intentional. I don't think it is, I just think they have some real morons running their online platform. Give it 5 years before touching this. I felt like I was working with children who had no idea what they were doing. But I guess that's the TikTok you come to love. Steer clear... their marketing is just that. They will come to you if they want you to sell something. Otherwise, they make it so difficult others will run into walls. They only want certain people to sell. Fine. Enjoy your platform. If Amazon ever operated this way, they'd still be in some guy's garage. I haven't seen such horrible customer interaction and requirements in my life. It's like working with the GD government. So, as you can see, it is a very FRUSTRATING experience, that ended in failure. I couldn't get past their gatekeepers. Consider yourself warned.

I would give 0 starts if I could. I am a new seller in the uk on TikTok shop. I have sent over £1000 worth of products and now coinsidently I cannot add my bank card to receive my funds! The customer support is non existent!!! I’ve submitted 10+ tickets and recived no help! No contact number or email. It’s been over a month now and I’ve still not got my money or any help. The same automated replies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Brought 2 air fryer at £9 never arrived places as shipped then next day changed to issue at shipping asked customer service they said cannot redo new customer as is a glitch on system and apologize will stick with Amazon as seems a blag to get you to buy items after you lost your first time buyer thing

SELLERS BECAREFULL. TIKTOK SELLING PLATFORM IS A SCAM.
I am a seller. I recommend all sellers in uk not to sell any products on tiktok platform. You could lose lot of money by selling on this platform. They change their product policy anytime. You will get violation points on your account without giving any advance notice. And if your account is blocked you could lose your money.
This platform is not reliable for sellers.

Avoid. I saw loads of discounted baby toys, some good dog items and kitchen utensils. All very discounted and then they were all refunded 3 days later. They clearly realised that this was sold cheap and I hadn't bought anything at actual price. Absolutely appealing. Then I need to wait 5-7 days for a refund for their mess up. Will never buy again from there.
