Great quality tiles which arrived when they said they would. The service from Tileclick was excellent, with friendly and knowledgable advice. This was the first time I'd bought tiles on-line so was a little worried, but I really cannot fault anything. I'll definitely be going back for more....

Excellent service, website very simple and ordering was very easy. Tiles arrived as arranged and were exactly as expected. Very good price and service, will definately recommend to others.

Was not in a hurry for the tiles so only chose ordinary delivery (the cheapest). Ordered Monday and they were delivered Weds midday, exactly what I wanted and safely wrapped. The only problem is I then had no excuse to not get on and finish the job!!!!

Tiles are just what we wanted, delivery communication was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Cannot fault the service we received and the price we paid.

Very impressed with the service. Delivery was very effecient. Easy to order. More importantly I saved £6 sq meter for the same tiles in a well known hardware store.

We are really pleased with the tiles and we could not beat the price. Our local store could not even get close! There was a minor issue with delivery which was completely out of TileClick's hands and they were very helpful when we contacted them so 5* all the way.

I would thoroughly recommend Tileclick. I had looked at tiles in many showrooms and websites and decided on ordering British Ceramic Tiles through Tileclick. The quality of the tiles was very high and they were delivered at a time of my choice the very next day. It was also much cheaper than the alternatives I was looking at.

I had a little problem with the website but your online support team helped me almost instantly - very impressed. The tiles are perfect and so much cheaper than the shop that claimed they were exclusive to them.

My only problem is with the Mini Clipper delivery man. I didn't receive a call to say when he was arriving but fortunately I was in when he arrived. The tiles were left at the end of my steep, pebbled front garden - which I appreciate is not an easy place to deliver to. However his attitude was very surly. I guess if I had bought the tiles myself I would have had to lug them up the slope myself anyway and had to pay twice the price to do so!

Would recommend you to anyone wishing to buy great tiles at a great price.

Despite a promise to send more samples after original ones went missing I have still not received them and have bought some from elsewhere. An email sent requesting a refund would appear to have gone into the ether.

After searching for ages in stores and online I came across TileClick who as well having the tile I was looking for had an excellent price tag to go with it. I ordered samples online first just to make sure the tile was right, which arrived really quickly.

I was a little unsure about the numbers of packs I needed for the job, as I've never ordered tiles before. I called their helpline for advice and was given the exact information I required by a helpful gentleman- who advised because it was early enough and they had the items in stock it could be despatched that day.

My tiles arrived a few days after that. With no problems or hassle. I hadn't really thought about buying my tiles online before as I would have been worried that the tile would be different to the picture. But that's where being able to see a sample first is ideal. I will recommend TileClick to friends & family that are having their bathrooms or kitchens done. Thanks TileClick.

I really recommend this Company, they were speedy on delivery and product is excellent, first class, I am so happy with the tiles and the service, even the delivery drivers were very helpful.

Sample arrived very quickly, but no delivery notification phone call was received for the main order. The delivery helpdesk was very efficient in re-sending the order, which had been misplaced by the carrier, apparently. Despite the problem, I'd happily use tileclick again

Bit of a delay in the delivery but this was down to hauliers not TileClick .

I would definately use this company again and advise anyone to do the same.

From initial advice on tile type and costings, to delivery of the final agreed order it was all hassle free.
