Good website with detailed information, and great products at affordable prices, much more competative than the likes of Topps Tiles. Staff very helpful with queries, and delivery was extremely prompt, within timescales, and I was even contacted by delivery company to arrange suitable day/time which was met. All in all a great experience. I am now ordering other items from tileclick and will most definately be recommending to others.

Fast, efficient. Everything arrived correctly. Very impressed.

We were very impressed with the website and detailed information.i rung them with a question about our requirements and was amazed at the level of help ,knowledge,and expertise they gave me.
Then the pricing,so competitive it blew retailers we looked at clean out of the water! All this 2 days after Christmas and delivered before New Years Eve.Fantastic.
My tiler couldn't believe it all!!

Tile click has an easy to understand website and ordering what I wanted was very easy. Before I placed my order, I had a query which was dealt with perfectly by one of their staff.
The delivery arrived when they said it would.
Overall, very pleased with Tileclick and would recommend to anyone.

Tileclick is recommended. Great quick friendly service...great price too! However not so pleased with the courier who,despite being asked to deliver the pallet to the back of the house (there were no obstructions) left the pallet by the front gate where it was visible to all passing by. I was lucky the tiles did not "walk".

The online ordering was easy and efficient. Unfortunately the company used for delivery let them down. I was given a delivery time which came and went. Nearly two hours later I received my order but this was after a phone call to Tileclick who were very apologetic and on to it immediately. The order was well packed. It would be good to be able to recycle the palet rather than have to break it up and dispose of it.

From the time I ordered the sample on line (delivered in 3 working days) to making the bulk order (deliverable in 3 working days) I was impressed by the service - particularly having used other on-line distributors who certainly could not match up.

The delivery company rang me at 3 days post placing order to arrange delivery that day but the tiles were delivered the next working day and a time during the morning was agreed. The delivery company kept to this, the driver was extremely pleasant and a great improvement on some of the "rottweilers" employed by other pallet freight companies.

Tile Click are well recommended and would certainly use again - a family member is already looking at using them.

Oh and by the way the tiles are excellent, the price was amazing, discount on top of the sale price and refund of sample costs all exceeded expectations.

This site had the best price for my bathroom tiles that I could find, and when I messed up the discount code on ordering via the website they were there to help me and ensured that I still got the discount... fantastic service! I got a phone call from the delivery company to arrange a suitable day and the tiles were delivered on time by a friendly, helpful driver. All my tiles were in good condition. I will definitely be using Tile Click when I'm ready for my kitchen tiles. Thank you for the great service.

Made some changes to the order and it worked out well.

First time buying tiles on line partner was not sure wanted to view them for colour etc. but took a chance and highly delighted Dispached quickly well packed, great wall tiles, better than anticipated.

with all the time, effort and service received, especially given the first order, getting the samples, then the cancellation of the delivery and refunding, then the re-order of the tiles from the old supplier and then the delivery of said tiles, which arrived as scheduled today – so overall no complaints from me and really pleased that we have had a very positive outcome for all involved.

So, thank you very much and would definitely come back again and also happy to provide a reference / further comments.

I placed the order on line and received the goods by courier, the service was prompt with no fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending TileClick.

Having order th etiles on a Sunday evening and requesting the 2-3 day delivery option- I was amazed to get a call on the Monday morning saying that the ycould deliver that afternoon, which they did.
Great service- woudl recomend using TileClick to others.
