Samples arrived very quickly.

I have never ordered directly from an online company so I was very hesitant especially because this is a lot of money and I even had one tile shop tell me that this company was a scam but I did my own research and of course they just wanted my business so they lied. Anyhow, everything was delivered without any problems. I received emails when things cleared customs and I received multiple phone calls from the shipping company to set up delivery. The tiles were delivered within the timeframe that I was given and I had zero problems. Irene helped me a lot when I was placing my order. I would 1000% use them again and they’re pricing is very competitive they were actually the cheapest for the tile I ordered which was the joyful tile 4 x 8.

I got super fast customer service and replies to all my questions, super cordial every time. The tiles arrived in perfect condition. I was a bit afraid at the beginning because of the long trip, but once I saw how well they were tied all together I knew everything was ok! Highly recommend, I would definitely buy again. Received a sample of the Mews in Ink and it’s most certainly a premium product. The colour is fabulous and the finish gorgeous. It arrived so very well packaged and virtually instantly! Very quickly indeed! Brilliant service, brilliant tile!

I placed a substantial order for shipment to Canada. Upon receipt, two of the packages were found to be damaged. The customer service team at Tile Expert provided exceptional assistance in resolving this issue. They promptly dispatched two replacement packages and issued a partial refund to compensate for the delayed delivery. I fully intend to utilize their services again in the future.

Great experience, for some reason it looks like a cheap scam website - they should really improve that! I ordered some samples and they were with me within 48 hours. Everything I ordered was gorgeous and good quality - so I will make an order for my kitchen tiles when we start building.

The delivery was quick, it arriver well wrapped earlier than expected. Peaces were in good shape.

I needed to source the same tiles that the customer already had laid in adjoining areas. I tried to source but could not find anywhere, then I emailed tile expert who sourced the tiles from the manufacturer in Italy. I would have given 5 stars but I got hit with an unexpected bill to get them through customs.

Huge choice of tiles and super quick delivery of samples! The website is a bit overwhelming, it’s hard to get a quick overview and it wasn’t possible to get samples of all the tiles I was interested in. I wouldn’t dare to order any that I couldn’t see a sample of in advance.

Everything worked perfectly, the information from order to delivery and finally the attractive prices. I hardly recommend “Tile Expert”.

Customer service rep. was very very helpful @TileExpert customer service. He answered quickly and he was friendly. Tiles were exactly what I ordered, delivery went as promised (received confirmation right after placing an order, given delivery time was 26-30 Jan). I got notification on Thu 22-Jan about the dispatch and tiles were promised to deliver on 30-Jan. I received a call from the transportation company on the 29-Jan and tiles were delivered on 30-Jan. Couldn't be any happier. Excellent and trustworthy!
