Tiles shipped as expected but were 2mm larger than the originals so cannot be used. I don't know if the size difference is due to batch differences or if they were defective to start with. Either way, this has been a costly experiment for me and now reverting to to Plan B which is a full bathroom retile.

Easy ordering of floor tiles made in Portugal with a fair price and excellent follow up service right through customs clearance and on time delivery for our bathroom refurbishment project. Excellent in every respect.

Prompt sample and delivery of main order arrived just ahead of the projected date. Good communication throughout.

After paying 1850 € and 320€ of transportation I received a complete order of broken tiles that was not accommodated properly or protected by a rude driver that dumped the order on the sidewalk. I reported immediately the case with pictures and now they shamelessly came with a receipt with a false signature saying that I received and didn’t mention the tiles were broken. I’m now in dispute and probably will move to a legal action . Buy elsewhere

Transportation was quick from Italy and I was kept updated all the way until it arrived at my gate. Tiles still are in the grate so I cannot say if they survived the trip but they are very well packed like a sandwich between two pallets. 👍

The speed of delivery was excellent. The samples are lovely and we'll be ordering what we need soon.

I am continually impressed by Tile Expert! It's typically more challenging to source products from Europe with shipping delays and tariffs, but Tile Expert has made it easy to source samples, shipping is lightning fast, and similarly our delivery was fast with thorough updates along the way.

We ordered our tiles through Tile Expert because of their excellent website. The webshop is intuitive and well structured, the products are logically organised, and the visual examples and layout ideas make it much easier to plan an interior and understand how the tiles will look in real spaces. Prices are also very reasonable.

Unfortunately, the delivery was significantly delayed by DHL Freight Croatia, despite an agreed delivery date of 24 December and a shipment status marked as “delivered” on that day. This caused considerable disruption to our renovation schedule.

What truly stood out, however, was Tile Expert’s response. Although the delay was entirely outside their control, their representative reacted immediately, stayed in close contact throughout the process, and made a genuine effort to help resolve the situation. Having a calm, responsive, and solution-oriented contact person at Tile Expert made a significant difference in an otherwise very stressful situation. She even managed to obtain the local freight contact details, which finally allowed me to speak directly with the carrier and arrange delivery at a time that worked for us.

Thanks to Tile Expert’s persistence and support, the tiles were eventually delivered. And - they look even more beautiful than in the pictures. If we ever need tiles again, we will confidently return to Tile Expert. Highly recommended for their excellent webshop and outstanding customer service.
