I sourced these tiles from a uk retailer at 4 x times the price. Although had to wait a bit longer for shipment was worth the savings. Tile expert kept me informed by email every step. Would use again

My sample tiles arrived quickly and in good shape. The tracker is detailed and helpful. This company is great to work with. Due to confusion with my contractor, I once had to place a special order and later cancel it. I talked to Irene at tile.expert and she was very helpful. I got my refund quickly too.

They have a nice selection of tiles. The estimated date of delivery was correct (even though it was in the middle of christmas period). They had fast client service and were very accessible when having any issues. Would buy from them again!

Lovely tiles. No issues with delivery. It would be great if the shipping costs could be reduced but overall I had a great experience.

The tiles were outstanding, the shipping date was not very clear hence the 4 stars.

After waiting the delivery for a month after the order, one week after the supposed delivery date I receive an email for delivery the day after while I was abroad. I ask to reschedule, no answer and one week later I receive an email saying that the tiles cannot be found and have been either lost or delivered to another client. This means that from my original order, if I'm lucky, I will receive the tiles 2 months and half later and this will delay the schedule of works in my house (and costs). Of course they do not take any responsibility, just offer to refund. So, be careful with time planning!

Ordered some sample tiles that arrived well packaged and in 48hrs
The tiles are beautiful- having a sample lets you see the colours and feel the tiles and the sample sizes were adequate.
Customer Service is excellent and reponsive.
We will probably order our tiles in the New Year.

Great selection of tiles and all appear to be reasonably priced. Delivery does take a while but you are told when ordering what date they will be dispatched. My tiles were dispatched on the day I had been told and arrived within a few days (quicker than estimated). Shipping cost me more than the actual tiles but it was well worth it as they are great quality and look amazing!

Easy to communicate with, shipping to Norway took about 7 weeks. And the tiles are absolutely beautiful! Very high quality!
