I honestly never write reviews but it's rare I'm this impressed by a company, and an individual. I called to enquire about some tiles I saw on the website to ask if they were the same type as some I'd found from another retailer. Aaron Jefferies answered and was incredibly helpful. They were not the same tiles, and I explained that I was absolutely fixed on needing these. Instead of that being the end of the call, Aaron explained that he worked with the supplier and would message them, to find out about other UK stockists. He then emailed me the next day, not only with the stockists, but also where the tiles were in stock. This went completely above and beyond my expectations, and whilst sadly I couldn't order from Tileflair on this occasion, I would not hesitate to use them in future. We are having our bathroom tiled next year and Tileflair will be my first port of call. Thank you Aaron for such wonderful, impactful, customer service!

We have bought tiles from this branch over several years for bathrooms, washroom walls and floor and last week for the kitchen floor.
The service is superb and all the staff, Jason, Marcus are very helpful and courteous.
Helped us select the right tiles in an instant and no sales pitch. Tiles arrived on time and spares packs refunded with a smile.

Excellent customer service, all the staff were friendly and able to answer any questions we had.
We had one damaged tile and the after service was exemplary - no quibbles and the tile was replaced very quickly.

Excellent customer service through no fault of their own I never received the tile samples. Perhaps use a different delivery company rather than DPD who said they tried to deliver 5 times but didn’t!

Andrew and Matt in Swindon went above and beyond to support our shop browsing, sample choice, use of the visualier tool online, and purchase, even helping us expedite the order to meet last-minute availability by our tiler, we'd highly recommend this friendly and efficient service above any other commercial tile retailer.

I went to Warmley, Bristol branch and had great customer service from all, especially Nick. I was tiling my new shower room walls and decided on some lovely matt patterned tiles. Delivery was really fast and when I had some damaged tiles, they were replaced without issue. Thank you.

So I don’t know a lot about tiling. It’s not something to do very often and I didn’t have a very big job to do but when I spoke to Marcus at Tile Flair Reading he couldn’t have done more to help me. In fact all of the guys at the store in Reading were really helpful. I highly recommend, they even helped me load the van up.

Tile Flair Warmley were fantastic. They helped me order tiles, choose grout, give advice and recommendations. They called me when they said they would and allowed me to refund two boxes of leftover tiles with ease. I think the gentleman's name was Nick who gave excellent customer service on every visit.. Highley recommend.

Guys in swindon was extremely helpful and help me to my specific requirements.. 100% recommend them.

A brilliant experience, James and the team are extremely knowledgeable and it was well worth the drive up to Reading. Delivery was quick and after sales help was so good. Getting a kitchen refit and the only items that went perfectly was the tiles and service from Tilefair.

Nick at Warmley branch was so helpful he helped me work out how many tiles i needed and even helped me to my car nothing was too much trouble and he was so warm and friendly would def return!!

The support by Aaron on tracking orders and in particular the deliveries was outstanding and he is a credit to the company.

We normally use the Warmley branch.. Always get great service and value for money.

Visited the Reading branch on Friday. Marcus was an absolute star with his knowledge, enthusiasm and patience. After 3 days of looking everywhere I actually came out smiling, he actually cheered me up as I was getting despondent.
