I will definitely order again with this company and will recommend them! I was very frustrated and worried about my order as I experienced a problem with the delivery but as it turned out they are a legit company who cares about their customers and they want you to have the best possible experience. The customer service was really helpful and kept me updated as they was trying to sort out the issue! As for the tiles themselves are even better than expected!!

I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Tiles Universe warranted it. I had an issue with tiles for our bathroom install just over a week before it was due to start and needed to find different tiles with not much time to spare. I found a design I liked which was stocked at a few places, but didn't have time to get samples sent and then get the actual tiles. I called up Tiles Universe customer service and they arranged for me to be able to drive directly to their warehouse (which was closer than their showroom) to see and collect the tiles straight away if I liked them. When I unloaded the tiles, one of them in the packages was unfortunately cracked, but they refunded me for that tile that same day. They did all this for a small order of only £150. They were always quick to respond, flexible in finding solutions and extremely helpful. Also, they offered the tiles at the best price!

Very helpful company, dealt with all my enquiries with patience and detail. They have a nice range of products of high quality, efficient delivery also. I will be reaching out to them again for future interior projects!

Ordered these tiles on 2 occasions for both bathrooms and from customer service and to delivery can not be faulted.
We even received 1 tile broken and was replaced within the next day.

I ordered some really pretty tiles around two weeks ago that I was super excited to receive the order was going to be delivered kerb side with a phone call before arrive my tiles was delivered in front of my skip no phone call no one was home my tiles went missing I contacted the company and all the compan have said is we have a picture of your tiles being delivered and left on site so there’s nothing we can do.
I have never in my life experienced such horrible service and lack of accountability and not one form of reimbursement disgusting treatment
