Loveliest shop assistant , welcoming, friendly and very helpful.
Beautiful range of clothes
Only went in to browse but bought 2 dresses !

Visited the Southwold store a week or so ago. Sharon was extremely helpful, whilst, as others, have said, not being pushy. Left with 2 snuggly jumpers and my sister (who came with me) also bought a sweater. Nice experience...

My first time visiting this store, I don't live in Woodbridge, sadly. Loved the vibe and friendliness of the staff, so helpful but not pushy. Bought 3 new items and love wearing them, so much so, I am looking online to see what else I can get. The loyalty scheme is an added bonus.

Helpful cheery staff. The dungarees are comfortable and fun. They have very useful pockets. The material is lovely and washes well.

As soon as I walked into the Southwold branch, the beautiful colours and friendly staff, I knew I would find something i liked very quickly.

The shop was inviting. Great choice and lovely to look around. The lady who served me was extremely helpful and friendly. I purchased 3 pairs of trousers, just right. I will return.

Found this shop whilst on holiday, loved the stock and had fabulous service. Went online when home and ordered something else, it came quickly and well packed so great service again!

I love a little visit to Tilley and Grace in Aldeburgh. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. I really like the layout of the store with all the clothes displayed in colours. Very reasonable pricing so easy to buy a colour matching outfit.

The people in T&G are always friendly and welcoming even if you are just browsing. They are never pushy and really helpful.
I always pop in when they have a sale as you will always find something to buy!
They have a good buyer with a good eye and the shop is SO colourful it cheers you up just walking inside!

Always visit Tilley and Grace when on holiday in Holt ..lovely friendly staff always give advice and so helpful ...it doesn't matter if its jewelry bags or clothes nothing to much trouble and I always leave with a purchase .

It was a lovely experience visiting the Woodbridge shop in Suffolk; the service was friendly and made us feel very welcome. The dress and long blue cardigan we bought are of excellent quality and the array of designs and fabrics definitely in the shop are very different from other shops around. I highly recommend.

I’m not sure if my review ‘sent’ so redoing it again.
I ordered 3 dresses on-line. I needed to return one. I decided to make a trip to Aldeburgh. It’s 2 hour drive from me, but I like it there, and the Tilly and Grace shop. When I returned the dress, there was a problem with my pink points, as I had started a new order, and put my points in the baskets. In the Tilly and Grace store in Aldeburgh, I picked up 7 more sale items to buy. The assistant was lovely, she told me to go and have some lunch, and she would sort out my problem, so that I could use 10% of my purchases. She did that for me. I didn’t take her name. I’ve been served by everyone in the store before. They are all lovely, they let me take my time, give comments on clothes I’m trying on, and suggestions. I go on a lot of cruises, I’ve now refreshed my cruise wardrobe. 7 outfits in store, and 4 outfits on-line. I even have a lot of my cruise friends buying from Tilly and Grace, as they always compliment me on what I’m wearing.

Came across this lovely shop whilst visiting Holt. The sales ladies were extremely helpful and friendly and helped me pick out several items which I love .
Great variety of lovely clothes and accessories and I love the items I chose.
So much so when I returned home to Scotland I went on line and ordered a couple more tops.

Absolutely LOVE Tilley and Grace, stumbled upon it in Holt on iur Holiday to Norfolk last week, Vicky the salesperson was fantastic and we had a lovely chat whilst I loked through all of the beautiful clothes. I came away with 2 cotton and linen mix tops, ones in pale denim and one in pale pink, I could have chosen about 10 more items! When the blue top had a manufacturing mark on it I took it back and Sally in the shop was very helpful. As was Customer Services who have shipped me a new top to my Home address. 10/10 and my new favourite shop!
