Poor service
Contacted them twice since receiving my order and they havent even as much as responded. Before my order I received an email to say remember we are a small company. Surely they should treat their customers better if this is the case. Thought I would be using these more but not after this lack of communication

Poor quality
I was very excited to get my bag ordered and support the business. Unfortunately was very disappointed with the quality. First bag - one of the pins in the handle fell out almost straight away. Well things happen. Informed the company and they sent me a replacement. The handle on the second bag was not fit straight and one of the snap fasteners broke straight away. Contacted the company again. They were happy to refund it but refused to provide prepaid label or cover the cost of posting it back to them... Very sad experience. Never again!
