I’d give it zero if I could absolute joke orders are being refunded without speaking to sellers. I had someone request a refund stating they haven’t received items and tilt have refunded saying Iv received ordered items back when I haven’t. Tilt has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL it takes weeks for anyone to get back to you if they even be bothered to that is ABSOLUTELY JOKE

Advert / active auction on acreen was for a too. Size to select. Image of the top etc etc. Won the auction. Weeks later, some chocolates arrived!!

Reported to seller..no reaponse. Reported to tilt...they say i bought chocolate! I showed receopt with image etc....not interested. Asked for an escalation to resolve...told no! Rip off. Charhe buyer protection but dont protect!!!

Where do I start with this S H I T platform. I come across this site in October 2025. I bought nearly £4,500 worth off stuff off there. Some of the stuff arrived, but a hell off a lot of it didn’t.
I contacted Tilt and had a response from some scum bag Called Camilla. There was one parcel worth £120 that they said it was delivered by Evri. Because I didn’t report it to tilt within 3 days. They said I had received it. LIARS !!! I lost those trainers. But I also bought two more pairs of trainers before I realised this situation had happened. These trainers was in transit from 22/10/25 and apparently are still in transit with Evri now28/12/2025. I tried hundreds off times to try try and resolve this with tilt but all they kept saying my parcels was in transit with Evri. I contacted the sellers and they just kept saying “ you need to speak to tilt” no contact number just e mails. I was mugged off by tilt and Evri.
It’s mad because I have ordered stuff from china and it came with Evri no problems. When speaking to some off the sellers they said we have to use Evri.
Something stinks
I found the address of one of the sellers and threatened to turn up at his address! Oh he found my parcel it had been returned.he sent my package back to me only because I said I was going to turn up.
Most of the sellers on there are on cocaine. I know this because I use to use it years ago. Some of the stuff they sell for ridiculous prices. Which makes me think this is a big front for “any other business “
STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
There seems to be some genuine honest sellers on there.

Absolutely disgusting seller and customer service. Don’t buy from here if parcels not delivered you are passed from pillow to post until your sick of it. Seller said item sent with Hermes tilt say with evri. Honestly pure right off. If u can afford to throw money away shop on tilt again

Widely accepts the sale of counterfeit goods.

Absolut pile of shite company customer service is not worth anything just not interested in helping consumers so many parcels not delivered even sone saying delivered but never arrived not even any proof of delivery photos or anything TILT just fob you off saying contact the seller who just say contact TILT it's complete disregard for the consumer and discusting behaviour in my opinion and should be investigated taking people money with no product for payment they say after 3 days they can't help company policies which actually contravenes consumer rights act 2015 sec 29 purchase deliveries are the full responsibility of the sender until the punched product is in physical possession of the consumer so as far as im aware it's unlawful

2 days and no response. Offered me a £10 voucher with no T&Cs, never applied the voucher. One seller said free shipping if I bought 3 items. They did not apply that either. Took the whole amount. Silence from customer service. SCAMMERS!!!

Actually sad to be writing this as the sellers are really good and have brought loads for Xmas.
The customer services are shocking and disgusting.
My parcel said it was delivered but missing one parcel have proof it wasn’t delivered.Spoke to the seller and then had to speak to tilt customer services who’ didn’t want to see any evidence couldn’t be arsed to look into it. And then gave the reason I was out of their timescales !!! And now I am money down no item. All this buyer protection nonsense. I will not be using the app again after spending a lot of my money on there. Was recommending to people but not know.
And fingers crossed can get my money back from the bank.

I purchased items on site..it stated they were dispatched..2 weeks later nothing and all I keep getting from Tilt is to make a claim..when I do they tell me the same repeatedly..absolutely pathetic..steer clear when in doubt.

Tilt state that their policy is 3 days to report a missing package (despite not notifying me it had been delivered) and will no longer offer any help. Useless.

There are some really good sellers on Tilt but Tilt itself, the customer service is extremely poor. Discount should have been applied but it wasn't, I have video proof and they are still ignoring it. Be very weary of the discounts, they are a scam, I bidded at 31% discount but I was charged the full amount. Customer service is non existent. Crooks.

Don’t know how they get away with it, completely dismissive customer service. Pretty much a scam. Leave well alone!

Items on this app as being sold are fake and damaged and tilt always side with the seller. Avoid

Absolute rubbish. It's been over 10 days since the live bidding still waiting on my purchase. Contacted the salers who claimed it was to be delivered but even the time frame offered has already elapsed

Absolutely crap, never received item, contacted seller, he said he dad sent them. Requested refund and nothing, then contacted by email 5 times and nothing

Everything I have bought has been real and arrived quickly! Some really great sellers on the app. Have purchased around 30 items now for the past year and never had a bad experience.

If you wish to run a shoe business, avoid. 11 day wait for you money when they can clearly see the tracking. There is NO transparency with your funds.

Join what not for 2-3 days payout. This company are a joke. Unless you’re a big streamer, The replies are a joke.

Very easy buyer experience - epic site - prices are cheap and clothes i bought all genuine with tags.
