Terrible and the customer service is shocking

Spent £400 on counterfeit shite was told it was genuine on arrival all clothes made in wrong location to deals miss detailing on all items emailed support for refund and threats of legal action and have been ignored now seeking legal advice and sent a request on trading standard and uk consumer laws

Get you in as a new seller and promise you incentives but don't pay out

I initially enjoyed using this app, finding many reputable sellers. However, my recent experience has been deeply frustrating. I purchased a pair of Nike Dunk Lows for £55, only to discover they were counterfeit. While the seller initially communicated well, offering a full refund plus store credit upon being confronted, their previous aggressive and abusive behavior during streams left me disillusioned. Ultimately, I discarded the shoes, feeling it wasn't worth the hassle to return them.

This incident has made me question the app's commitment to monitoring seller authenticity and professionalism. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly vet sellers before making purchases.

This is purely for resellers.

When you first join Tilt you will have an onboarding with one of the tilt members of management. In this process you will be given an incentive to start selling within the first week. They will offer you a bonus amount of cash! Do not fall for it!! The amount of sellers who have been promised this offer is becoming a bit of a bad pattern. Any attempts to get that bonus will often be ignored or disregarded.

Be careful about anything they offer in bonuses!

Tilt is so poor! 3 giveaways won and somehow the giveaway button bugs out and you don’t end up winning anything because you can’t claim it. Shit site- stay clear.

Avoid tilt at all costs! It’s a huge scam! They take money out of your account without authorisation. When you try to claim the money back via there support they block you and delete your account. Tilt is known for doing this. They allow there sellers to sell trash and counterfeit items but you don’t stand a chance of getting your money back. I had to contact my bank to stop them taking money!! Ridiculous

Bought item graded brand new without tags.
Item arrived holes inside pocket and hole inside gilet.
Had to request a refund but you don’t get shipping back either just item refund, also you have to pay for shipping return to seller as well which you don’t get back so refund of £22 basically goes down to £13 after both shipping

Been using since August never had a bad experience always had everything authenticated and have all come back they are real. So many people give tilt a bad name saying it’s counterfeit items but it’s not. Tilt prohibit counterfeit items so if you do fall victim to counterfeit items contact tilt and the will deal with the issue. You will be refunded if item is canceled and like any company you will have to wait a few days or so for the refund. Like all selling sites and apps you do get some that try to sell counterfeit items but most of them are genuine people selling genuine items. Always ask before you buy if they are authentic or not and if they turn out to be counterfeit you can speak with tilt and they will get the issue sorted.

Don't bother buying second hand clothes. Even though sellers sell them as grade a or b, they have come with stains on them and some are literally falling apart. Tilt doesn't seem to support buyers either. I am still waiting for them to respond to me about a purchase from Southeastvintage which has been an awful experience so far.

Be very carful. Some sellers are good but others are selling counterfeit clothes, bags and shoes. Stormsportsteals sold me a fake pair of air max 97s and refused to refund me. I bought a nike rucksack for my son for school from trainerpro. After one day of use he came home and all the nike ticks were pealing off the bag after closer inspection it was obviously fake. No nike labels inside and the nike badges were stickers. There return policy is illegal and misleading they try and make you pay for the return however consumer rights say this is illegal and you should be issued a full refund plus postage costs if you recived an item that was not as described.the customer.er service is non existent I emailed they replied we will get back to you within 3 days however it took them over three weeks and when they did reply there reply was... sorry we can't find the last email you sent us! And then closed the return. Be careful of this company.

Absolute SCAM ! Stay away!!

I purchased some new airforce from thelastpiece. Very happy. Less than 24hrs later they were on my feet.. Go and give this guy a follow.

Tilt have a. Atrocious customer service policy, currently on my 7th day of the 5 day refund window. I will now have to wait a further 5 days as their customer service team take 3 working days to answer an email.
Would not be suprised if this is a cash grab
Terrible refund policy on items borderline scam and possibly against consumer rights “we can only give refunds within 30 minutes of purchase”

Great concept, atrocious execution.
I’ve never used an app that is so un-fit for purpose.
Tip - hire some capable software and network engineers to make this work.
Embarrassing and damaging your clients reputations.

The app never works and there’s so many scams. Stay away!
