I don’t think what everyone up here saying is completely accurate

Actually I had a very good experience with them they even refunded my money the best way that I was able to get a hold of them was through text messages and they replied back right away so I don’t know a lot of people saying all they’re on refund. I sent them the packages. They didn’t say nothing. I don’t think is accurate. I had a very good experience with this company and that’s why I’m putting this review because I thought it might not be fair if I don’t say nothing about this company and actually one more thing the guy talk to his name was brian miller EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN’T HAVE THE PRODUCT, I RECEIVED MY REFUND THE SAME DAY AND HE ACTUALLY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO CHECK OTHER SOURCES AND HE FOUND THE PRODUCT AND PROVIDED ME WITH THE WEBSITE SO I COULD GET THE PRODUCT FROM ANOTHER SOURCE AND ON TOP OF THAT, THIS GUY WENT COMPLETELY OUT OF HIS WAY BECAUSE I WANTED THIS T-SHIRT WITH THE DESIGN THAT I WANTED AND NOBODY HAD IT AND I LOOKED FOR THIS T-SHIRT FOR MONTHS. WHAT HAPPENED WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE T-SHIRT ONLINE AND OTHER SOURCES HE COULDN’T FIND IT, HE ACTUALLY MADE ME ONE THROUGH THE COMPANY AND SENT IT TO ME WITH THE SAME DESIGNS THAT I PROVIDED THEM. I THOUGHT MAYBE EVERYBODY SHOULD KNOW THAT BECAUSE MAYBE THE PEOPLE THAT ARE SAYING THAT YOU COULDN’T GET A HOLD OF HIM OR HE DIDN’T DO A REFUND MAYBE YOU DIDN’T CONTACT THEM IN THE RIGHT WAY! Like I said, I sent them one text message And they received feedback right away and here’s their number if you want to get a hold of them, you could contact them at 8182662327 and I’m sure if You have a refund will you pay for something that they didn’t pay you back call that number I’m sure 100% that I talk to personalities and their customer service skills will pay you back. You say no try that number if they didn’t answer leave a message, but I think you should Send a message don’t call the number just send a text and you see that reply fast. I think the company is pretty legit. I got my refund and they went out of the way twice. They actually made a T-shirt I looked for for months. I was able to get up with them anyway I’m you guys have a good one. Hope you guys solve your problems. I just thought it’s not right to see all you guys talking bad about this company when I had a good experience with them So I thought maybe I should Share my experience and this was two weeks ago

Scumbags

Returned two pairs of jeans via Royal Mail (recorded delivery) on the 1st February which were received and signed for by an employee on the 3rd February but still no refund! Emailed and called many times but no answer/reply, joke of a company!

Excellent

Ordered a sweatshirt of here since it had sold out on the official website but before ordering I took a look at the reviews and did throw me off a little bit still went through with it and happy I did, very fast delivery and quality of the product is excellent and NOT ‘ fake ‘ as one review claims. Do not believe the company should have 3 star reviews due to the reasons listed, very happy customer thankyou!

Completely Ghosted...

I placed an order with the company and had to return as sizing was wrong, sent it signed for delivery as they suggest, I can see it has been delivered and signed for but haven’t received any emails confirming the return. I’ve sent them two email through the website asking about the refund and have received no reply, tried to call but no answer (must be someone there if you can send out orders, so why can’t you answer the phone).

Edit it to original post... reduced down to one star, it’s been 3 weeks since I returned the parcel and they signed for it. Still no word from them, I’ve emailed them again and still nothing. I’m now £60 out of pocket.

I bought a few Armani tracksuits from…

I bought a few Armani tracksuits from time and I’ve worn them twice, they look like I’ve had them years. All my armani tracksuits from jd sports are still in good condition. I believe the clothes in time clothing are fakes. They’re not worth the money they cost. Put them through the wash once and they might as well be old. Time clothing sells bad quality clothes like I said I believe there fake

Unfortunately we have never sold Armani tracksuits, only EA7, so i presume your referring to them.
I'm very sorry your disappointed with the quality of the EA7 tracksuits, however we have sold EA7 tracksuits for almost 30 years and had very little complaints.
If you believe we are selling fakes please take it up with Trading Standards, they will assure you we only sell legit clothing.

Absaloutly just stole my money...

Absaloutly just stole my money bought 3 pairs of jeans from this website the first I were the wrong length sent them back forgot to put a return address on and possibly sent it to late that may be my fault I can accept that but the other 2 pairs £70 each paid by through laybuy were the wrong size sent back and had the return address on, I was never refunded for any purchase sent back the product they've not replied to my emails or calls this company has literally stole almost £170 from me

Don’t order from these if you need to…

Don’t order from these if you need to exchange or what a refund you won’t hear back from them. It’s another Shopify format store so wouldn’t be surprised if it’s just another drop shipped taking your money and wanting nothing to do with you once you have an issue. Tried to contact numerous times with nothing back at all.

A Very Happy Client...

I have been after a Pajar jacket for a year-or-so and with limited stocklists available in the U.K, Time Clothing come up trumps for what I wanted and, at an excellent price point with an extra 10% discount offered during their Black Friday event! And, free of charge delivery... The online order process was simple and straight forward, with their aftercare sales, Molly, on-hand to assist me with my queries re delivery. She was excellent! Very efficient to reply and went above and beyond to get my order to me as soon as possible. In an era of little or no customer service it is so refreshing to receive such great service. I will not hesitate to recommend Time Clothing and will for sure, be a new, regular client!

Zero Customer Service. Uncontactable.

I placed an order online but overpaid as the discount code did not apply that was advertised all over the website for Black Friday. I phone straight away, multiple times and no one answered. I then emailed via the website, no reply. Sent a message on a Instagram and Facebook- no replies. I have repeated all of these steps for days and still had no reply. I am now worried about whether my order will even show up and to be honest just want to cancel but can’t get in touch with anyone to do so and now have very little faith I’d even be able to obtain a refund from them.

Keeping my money by the looks of it

Ordered 6th of may 2020. Ordered 1 x trainers 2x hat. Paid £7.95 for next day delivery.
On the 14th may I received my order - it was posted regular delivery as it said so on the packiging. Invoice had a note “hat not in stock will refund”
It’s now the 25th of may and no sign of refund.
I also requested by email on the 9th that I wanted my next day delivery money refunded as the way they posted it was the free option.

No response
No refund
Not answering the contact phone number either.

Amazing company

Amazing company. Ordered my mallets on Tuesday at 5pm and got them by 11am on Thursday the same week. Shoes are in perfect brand new condition with great packaging and protection of the shoe with double boxing as well as foam padding. Will definitely be purchasing from this company again

Outstanding customer service from Molly

This review is based on the outstanding customer service I received from Molly regarding a refund (there was nothing wrong with the item purchased they just didn’t fit)

Molly was very polite and promptly answered my emails Which was very reassuring! And my refund was issued in less than 24hrs which was a nice surprise. I feel she went above and beyond to help! Definitely will be a returning customer to Time Clothing!

Great Jacket and Molly was Amazing

Great Jacket - I Ordered after the next day delivery time which was 2pm. But Molly went out of her way to get it in the post on special delivery and it turned up next day. Fantastic Service and cant thank Molly enough 👍

Very poor customer service

Very poor experience.

Supplied with the incorrect item and once returned was only given a partial refund, which I had to email and call about.

Currently have had to pay for their postage and my return postage for an order they made an error in sending.

Poor poor communication

Received item but was wrong size. I emailed company 3 times. No response. Then I found another email address off of PayPal so I emailed the woman Molly. She only responded to one email. They charged me double the amount the item cost to post out. Would never use again.
