Placed my order on 10th April 2019 & still HAVEN'T received it!!! Time Clothing have told me that I wont get the order until Royal Mail return it to them. ABSOLUTE JOKE & I (THE CUSTOMER) am the only one out money. Strongly advise against ordering!

Really bad online customer service
Really bad online customer service, had an issue with a return and have had no response from the company even though I have emailed and tried reaching out to them through twitter. Please, please do not order unless you are really sure that the item is going to be suitable. It would appear that they have a problem with issuing refunds to people and would do anything to get out a giving people their money back when it is due. Certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone.

disgusting customer service DONT USE
Ordered a jacket for my sons birthday and paid for next day deleivery.
The jacket never arrived and I eventually received an email advising I’d be refunded in upto 5 days even though I’d received confirmation the jacket was ready for dispatch.
The result was my son never had a present on his birthday and I have to wait 5 days for my refund before I can buy an alternative.
Absolutely disgusting service DONT USE THIS COMPANY there are others that sell the same brands with much better service.

As explained over the phone to you, unfortunately, the jacket you ordered two days ago had a fault. As a company we can't release faulty garments to our customers therefor got in contact with MA Strum to try and find you another one. Due to the jacket being last seasons and half price we struggled, therefor we gave you a refund in LESS than 24 hours of you placing your order. I'm sorry to hear that your son never received a birthday present but due to you only ordering the jacket two days ago, the order wouldn't of come in time anyway.

I placed an order and paid for it, received an email to confirm order then received an email the following day from the courier company to say it was being delivered then on the delivery day received an email from Time Clothing saying it wasn’t in stock?!?!?! Waiting for the refund to be cleared by Paypal so not impressed. Won’t be using this company again and wouldn’t recommend
