Tried to return an item. There was no return form in the parcel. Emailed the company (as per their information on their website), but never heard back.

Such good quality dresses and great customer service, will definitely order from here again!

I bought a dress, and it was not sent after several days.

I contacted customer service for the order to be cancelled - they replied to say the order had been posted, but a glitch in their system meant I'd not received a notification. They advised they'd still cancel the order and I'd be refunded same day.

Two days later, and still no refund. I contacted them again, and they said they'd refunded me but the refund couldn't be completed due to a 'creditcard chargeback' that they claimed I'd raised. I'd not paid by credit card, and had not raised any dispute with my bank or anyone else at that point!

It's now been nearly a month, and I've not received either a dress or a refund. The company are still holding onto the money.

Very odd experience with their claims about the system glitch and the non-existent credit card chargeback; I'd advise people to be very careful ordering from here, and pay on credit card for protection

These eyelet dresses are just perfection. I actually got this one to replace one I've had forever that was starting to show a bit of wear. (I've had it a few years at this point, so it has lasted a good long time!) Sizing is right on with the size chart, the dress is just so nice. And, it's cotton! So you can can wear it in the summer and survive the heat!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.
It is a scam.
I paid £70 for a coat that looked nothing like the picture. Looked like Bin bag. They didn’t even try.
These ‘good’ reviews are fake.
I paid £25 as had to send back to China. (For the punt I thought let’s see)
No refund. Brought coat in Jan 2025. They were nicey, nicey at first and answered everything, till I gave them the Royal Mail recorded delivery receipt. No response now.
Reported them to my bank, and This Morning lol. Please tell your bank also if you are owed money.
£100 down but I will take them down.

Brought a skirt before Christmas that was the wrong size, so returned it to Timeless at new year asking for the next larger size. Received an email two days later acknowledging receipt and asking to clarify what was wanted, to which we repeated the next larger size please. No response. Tried email again a few days later, to be reassured something would be coming. Tried again a few days later and they had no record of the return.
Discussed back and forth until at the end of Jan we gave them one more chance before going to the card company. They assured us something would be sent immediately. Nothing was, so we asked the card co. to refund.
Timeless have now disputed the refund, so proof of return, delivery receipt and their acknowledgement of it have all been sent off to the card company. And we have finally lost patience and decided to share our experience.
My advice, avoid.

There was a little hiccup with delivery but it was quickly sorted out. The quality is very good and the dress fits perfectly. The dress is lined, good quality material and well sewn.

I enquired about a dress that was advertised on Instagram, but it said my size was out of stock.
They went above and beyond to track one down for me that was in stock elsewhere.
They ordered it for me and kept me updated with the whole process.
I will be buying from them again in the near future.

Speedy arrival of order and simple return policy

The cloths were really lovely, the delivery was quick, but the refund took just too long, although the company, did keep me up-to-date, as to when the refund would reach my account.

I ordered what was described as a leather jacket for 69.99. When it arrived it was a cheap faux leather and not the same jacket as advertised. I contacted the company and they said they don't offered gree returns so I could have a 10% refund and keep the item. I said I didn't want it as it was no good to me. They came back with another offer of keeping the item and a 25% refund. Again I told them I wanted a full refund. They sent me a returns form so I sent the item back. This cost me 27.99. For tracked postage. It has now been sitting in their customs waiting for the company to give a declaration. I have contacted the company to ask them to check/ collect the package but to no avail. I appreciate some might of taken the offer and initially the price should have alerted me to being too good to be true but they did say I could return for a full refund if not happy and cut my losses but it is the principle, the company should honour their agreement. I've learned my lesson and will never use a company without checking reviews on here. If I had read all the other reviews on here I would never have ordered anything from this company.Hindsight is a wonderful thing and I would strongly advise everyone else to avoid this company at all costs

Wait for long time to get my order.And when ir arrived,wasn.t what i order.I order coat,but got jacket,and too small.
Was devastating.Cimpany offer to pay me back 10% that is £6.

This company is a complete disgrace, they take ages to answer an email. I ordered a Leather trenchcoat for my wife, advertised as posting from London, it arrived in 3 weeks and turned out to be nothing like the the product advertised, it is polyester and typical budget stuff you mint find on a market stall, I eventually contacted them for a return and refund, their response was, we don't offer free postage returns but did offer a 10% refund and keep the garment, I responded with no, I wish for a full refund, 4 days later another reply, with the options keep it and have a 25 % refund, return for a 100% credit note or return to china at my cost for a full refund. When are companies like this realise that they do their country no favours by acting like this BOYCOTT CHINESE GOODS.

I recieved the wrong dress, there was also no return sheet added in the packaged (as stated on their webpage that they will include.)
I emailed telling them about the wrong dress and that I wanted to exchange the dress to the one I had bought. I contacted them at the email adress that is stated on their page but did not recieve a reply for several days.

Finally I filled in the contact form on the webpage and recieved a reply the day after. They told me that they had been busy and would get back to me the next day.
After a week without hearing from them I tried contacting them again by replying to the mail I got. After a few days I again made another reply and put it as a priority.

After waiting another few days I, again, tried the method of filling in their contact form on their webpage. This time requesting to instead get a refund for the dress as it doesn't seem likely that an exchange can be made.
I have now waited, again, for several days without any kind of reply.
It almost makes it seem like they are trying to wait for the return period to end so they don't have to refund me.

Edit (2025-03-11): Considering the reply I got from TimelessLondon I had a faint hope that everything would be resolved. No one at Timless London contacted me however. I even wrote to them again, mentioning that I wrote a review here on Trustpilot, but yet again I never got a reply. So I still have a dress I did not order, and I still haven't got my money back as I wished to return the dress and get a refund.
In the end all I can advise others is to never buy anything from this page.

Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered two items over a month ago and never received them. After two weeks, I realised nothing had arrived, so I emailed their customer service to ask what was going on. Someone replied once, promising I would hear back the next day but that was the last bit of communication I ever got.

Out of nowhere, they refunded me a random amount that didn’t even cover the cost of one item, let alone both. I followed up via email again, but I’ve had no response since. Then, right away, one of the two items eventually showed up! The whole process has been ridiculous. I feel like I’m being scammed.

This company has no proper communication, no accountability, and no respect for their customers. I’ll be reporting them for scamming, as this level of service is utterly unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them entirely.

I bought a beautiful burgundy swing dress from Timeless London on December 31st. I needed it for a wedding in march and sometimes with online stores for non chain businesses, you never know how long your order will actually take to get to you. Of course no update on new year's day; Its a bank holiday. Today on January 4th, my order arrived. Since this is a UK based company, this wasn't too much of a surprise as I am in Wales but I didn't get an email saying it had been sent out for some reason. Not really an issue since it arrived so fast. It's exactly like the photo. In fact, it's better because the photos don't show off that this dress HAS POCKETS!! Yes, that's right! Pockets! You know a dress is good when you try it on and you look and feel good and then discover pockets. I recommended the brand to my friends today.
