This company made a charge on my card, and after months requesting a reimbursement after cancelling my account, there is no reponse nor responsability from customer service about what happened, not even by using escalation team, its a really negative experience

I entered the website by mistake through a advertisement of a completely different website advertising a stock of jacuzzis from last summer for €2 instead I paid this amount and then got an email from Time of toys opening an account which requires a monthly payment. I immediately chatted with them to cancel my account. A lady called Scarlett was very helpful and proceeded for the cancellation, however unfortunately I will not be refunded my 2€.
I've learnt now to not trust the advertisements on Facebook 😭
However Timeoftoys has sent me a response and also a gift of 15€+my 2€ to spend on their website even though I've cancelled my subscription - my account will be closed on the 07 Feb and no more amounts will be deducted from my card 🙏.

They are really trying to resolve the issue that i encountered

Easy transaction

To my surprise someone got ahold of my email and banking information and purchased a membership with timefortoys! Immediately I start to panic. Thankfully with the help of Eugene and the escalation team, they were able to assist and resolve the situation. I couldn't be happier, Thank you so much!!!

I just needed to cancel the subscription since I was not aware of any subscription renewal thanks!

The only reason not to give five stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offer cash back deal, rather than it being automatic,and this info being wasn't stated anywhere.

This is a scam.
Also appear to be linked to a site mad4cosmetic.com who have also scammed my son out of money.
Disgusting.
