Welcoming, courteous and attentive...
I recently visited Timepiece360 for a service related matter, having previously making two purchases. The team consistently deliver a high level of service, always very welcoming, courteous and attentive. One of the gentlemen in the workshop is clearly an artisan and wouldn't let me leave until my timepiece was shipshape and shiny.

Visit for Authentication
I visited timepiece360 for a watch authentication. Everyone there was courteous and professional. The technicians completed the authentication efficiently and they were very reasonable with their pricing. I will definitely be going back to them for any watch servicing or certifications.

I was in the shop three times and all the time the staff had been really nice, helpful and and polite. Every question was answered promptly and accurate. All watches are presented in the best possible conditions. I definitely recommend this shop!

Trading in older watches and buying newer models
Everyone in the shop was inviting and friendly, we were showcased as many watches as we liked, along with some refreshments. We were trading in 2 Rolex watches for 2 alternative, newer models so after discussions, a mutual and fair price was agreed upon for both the 'trade in' prices and the price paid for the new ones. I have worn my Rolex Datejust every day since I purchased it and to date not had any issues. I was impressed with the service on the day as well as the after service, so I would highly recommend purchasing from Timepiece to anyone.
