From the moment I arrived, the outlet in Gold and Diamond Park, just oozes professionalism. The reception staff are great, with the horologists / technicians clearly visible working diligently at their work stations.
Updates are provided regularly via sms and whatsapp on the due collection date of the timepiece.
On collection of my watch, I was fortunate to be dealt with by Christine, however, all the staff are great. I have no hesitation in recommending Timepiece 360, to service repair any timepiece.
The place is dangerous! Too many beautiful pieces to choose from!!!!!
