Disappearance of points
I did several tasks from the click ads section and the points disappeared when the page was reloaded. The same thing happened again a few days ago with another loss of 700 points. This didn't happen before and I can't contact support, I tried but it wasn't easy or accessible.

This platform is a complete waste of time. Out of 20 tasks I completed, only 13 were approved. The rest were marked “Rejected by Advertiser.”
I followed the instructions exactly: I registered on a faucet website through the provided referral link and earned the required amount of coins on that faucet site. It took me more than two hours to reach the requested amount.
And what did I get in return? “Rejected by Advertiser.” This is extremely unfair and feels like a scam. I will never do any faucet/earning app registration tasks again.
Please take action and ban dishonest advertisers who reject completed tasks without valid reasons.

I've been using the site for a long time and it's pretty good. Support for people could be improved because it's almost a miracle to come across a real person. But what has gotten extremely worse is the conversion of points to money. 1000 points = 75 coins? Why? You don't send real money but points. Your costs are 0!!! If I send 6700 points to Freecash and pay the fee to PayPal there, do I get 3.5€ for 6700 points??? Is it unrealistic to pay a 50% fee - you have 0 costs and I have 50%?
