Waited 20 mins for food and they didn't have any paper in touch screen that used then I went to the counter to wait for the food and two of staff spent five minutes staring at me me like I was an alien from another planet

Almost fully cold burger and very small burger for the price also got Tim bits and some other Donut and they were stale

Hygiene of staff is ridiculous. The female worker that was cleaning the front had serious body odour and i mean serious! I understand people sweat at work but this was unreal! Food was average but the smell of this worker was so overpowering that we did not.. sorry could not finish our meal! Almost £40 wasted and that was a family of 4. I'd probably do drive thru but certainly won't be sitting in again!

Delivery never arrived. Order on JustEat said it was delivered, so driver has been dishonest and marked order as delivered - knowing it was incorrect.

Rachel the manager offered no resolution at the time other than to contact JustEat. The problem is with Tim Horton - It's a Tim Horton delivery driver that is dishonest, Tim Horton provided the Driver who got lost and gave up, I ordered food from Tim Horton (Just Eat don't actually cook the food), so it is Tim Horton that Failed to honour the contract and did not provide me with the goods purchased. Just Eat are just a payment platform.

The problem I have is how do I prove something did not happen? How can prove I didn't get the food?

Rachel could have resolved this by resending the food or I could have picked it up. Take responsibility, you resolve this and give back my money.

We have taken advantage of the breakfast deal buy a drink and get a breakfast for £1. I do prefer their breakfast compared to the other fast food outlets. The service is very good, the staff are very polite and helpful, constantly going around cleaning - it's nice to find a clean table every time we have been here, and they will bring your food to you.

The control of the 10365 111 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta location has been taken over by unpredictable vagrants, drug addicts, the mentally unstable, and other assorted miscreants. Such social undesirables convert any clean table, booth, and other restaurant area they choose to contaminate into their sleeping or storage area where volumes of refuse accumulate.
Their erratic behavior, gutter language, foul and profane outbursts routinely upset customers, many who are scared away permanently. Management absolutely refuses to EFFECTIVELY address this deplorable issue. This location is DEFINITELY NOT A FAMILY RESTAURANT. All people of socially acceptable standards should avoid this location. This review is based on many months of observation by a customer of many years.

Ordered from Tim Hortons yesterday, and it was a complete disappointment. The food arrived cold, rock hard, and totally inedible. The coffee was ice cold, making the entire meal generally disgusting. Definitely not worth the money. Won’t be ordering again.

What a disappointment! Had some shakes which were really nice but the food; wow! What a let down! My cheeseburger looked like it had been microwaved, the chicken bites were dry and not fit to eat and the chicken wrap was tiny! I got better food in my old school canteen. If I owned this franchise, I would be embarrassed to serve food this bad! We are in the Harlow branch, I won’t mention how long the wait was either. Think you get the picture. Only the nice drinks prevented a 1 star review!

Had a great time at Tim Hortons Aberdeen, met up with some friends for a long overdue catchup.
Food and drinks were great.
BUT 10 days later we both get a £50 parking charge, ok we stayed over 3 hours, never read the warning sign to tell us of the time limit.
Anyway we won’t be going back it was a first and last visit for us.

Its actually unbelievable that this establishment Tim Hortons Park Royal London can accept an order through just eat at 10.20am of just one bacon roll which cost more for delivery that the roll, no problem with that but as i write my message it still hasn't arrived !! So far i have waited one and a half hours for a bacon roll, what does the manager do in this store ? Hour and a half and still waiting, its an absolute disgrace. Stop doing deliveries because you are absolutely useless at it. Absolutely shocking service

Yuck! The one at Thurrock. Slow service, really nasty food - foamy bread, untoasted toastie, half-full wrap and really horrible greasy fries. Coffee had syrup sludge in the bottom. And the donuts WERE NOT FROM TODAY. First visit, and I would not go back.

Trash food very hit and miss they don't get your order right they give you something different till what you ordered not nice delivery people

Me and my friend visited here today for a coffee and a chat before visiting a friend in the local hospital.We stopped inside for around 45 mins and when we left and got back to our car we could smell grease all over our clothes and hair, so much so that as soon as I got back home I had to wash all my clothes, shower and re-wash my hair, just to get rid of the smell.

Also from ordering to getting my coffee and 'Timbits' was well over 15 minutes, even though there was a lot of staff, no one really looked like that knew what they what they were meant to be doing.

When I ordered another coffee to take with me, that also took well over 15 minutes. Clearly the management is very lacking! This is not what I expect when I visit Tim Hortons, sadly due to the area this branch is in, I'm not that shocked, but I wasn't expecting to walk out the branch and stink of grease!I hope you sort something out with this branch as I love Tim Hortons, but I certainly wont be back to this branch ever again

Tried to complain via email and ask I got was professional waffle and they sound seem to care

Tim Horton Dundee: Haven’t been for several months. Decided on a whim to pop in. In the past it’s been disappointing and lo and behold it is still disappointing. Ordered two meals from two different machines. No receipt. Not acceptable. Receipts should be automatic. The chicken tenders were cool. Not warm. The pulled pork melt was warm but only had pork on one side. Both lattice fries were cold. This after many advertisements saying the food was freshly prepared. Depends on your definition of freshly methinks. The one saving grace was the coffee. It’s very good. No complaints there. The rest? Sub par.

Went to Plymouth restaurant at 4.30pm. Should have been fresh food cooked and hot. Never again. Burgers cold and waffle fries cold and chewy. Expensive over £80 between 7 of us for a burger, donut and Dr Pepper but would have been acceptable if food was hot and fresh. Very poor quality food, no wonder it was almost empty at tea time too.
