Tasty Treats

Although I have seen some of the reviews by other people about Tim Hortons and they appear to be negative, in my several years of experience with that company I have rarely ever had any difficulties. Overall, I have found the coffee to be delicious (far better than other coffee brands) and the muffins, donuts, or other treats to be quite tasty. I have found the staff to be generally friendly and quick to accommodate.

Brechin Tim Horton’s is a disgrace to its namesake

The staff we just dealt with at the Tim Horton’s at 2234 Highway #12 in Brechin was rude from the moment we pulled up to the order window. We ordered on the mobile app and had our pick up number ready. He told us he had no idea what our order was. He said it didn’t show on his screen. We had to reorder everything. His attitude didn’t change thru the whole process. Very dismissive and rude!

When we got home and took bites out of our wraps, they were full of habanero peppers!! Beyond spicey!! We didn’t order our chicken wraps with hot peppers. On top of that huge disappointment our “iced caps” were warm milk. Our order was more than $30 for 2 wraps & 2 drinks. Unbelievable!

I will NEVER go back to that location. Honestly, I think I’m done with Tim Horton’s all together. It’s just not the same anymore

Tim Hortons Hespeler Rd Cambridge.

Tim Hortons Hespeler Rd Cambridge.
Out of donuts and timbits. Not the first time. Can't make a profit with no product on the shelves.
Who runs this store?
Front staff are very nice.
Although it's out of my way, must start going back to the Holiday Inn Drive location.

Lady serving customers was great

Lady serving customers was very good and helpful, she also had the responsibility to keep the tables and sitting area clean which she did very well.

The only problem I could see was that one of their washrooms was out of order that created a back log of people wanting to use the facilities. Some people just left without ordering food. I think if there are only two washrooms and one breaks down, the owner should do everything to get it back in operation quickly. The Cache Creek Tim Hortons lost allot of business just in the short time I was there enjoying my Chili and coffee.

Overcharged

I ordered a Turkey bacon club combo. Price on menu board says $10.80. On the receipt, I was charged 10.80 PLUS 56c. for chips. Unfortunately, I had already paid. I was told that's just how their computer does it. Even after being told that chips and a drink are part of the combo. They refuse to cancel the order, or make an adjustment. When I mentioned I thought this was illegal, they got really nasty and told me not to come back. I know it's only 56c., but times how many times I have overpaid without knowing and how many thousands of people this has happened to. I'll be happy to never go back. I made an online complaint and they never responded. This happened at other locations also

I don't know about you but I am growing…

I don't know about you but I am growing weary of continually having to pay more for just about everything and getting less and less back for our money! In this instance, Tim's have reduced the overall size of their doughnuts so they can continue to meet their annual profits which have to go up each year at the cost to us the consumer! We just sit back and take it!
Well today takes the cake, or doughnut, in this case. Tim's are no longer injecting their apple fritter with that sweet apple and cinnamon sauce and the doughnut has shrunk about 15 to 20%!
When does it end! Like the poor grocery chains, prices and quantities are constantly being increased and reduced respectively!
I guess the only way we as consumers can make a statement is to stop buying all the crap we don't really need. For me, paying over $2 for a medium coffee each day amounts to approx. $42/month or $504/year! Just on 1 coffee per day Mon to Fri. That doesn't include weekends! I don't know about you but I only make so much per year and with everything else going up all the time, coffee is quickly becoming more of a luxury not to mention their shrinking doughnuts too!

Donut raw

Donut raw. This could make me very sick.

I decided to splurge today and get an apple fritter donut. It was not baked. The dough was raw inside. I gave a piece to my dog who is now vomiting up everything he ever ate. If you killed my dog I will call the county. This is the Tim Horton's at White Horse Plaza in Simcoe (Norfolk), Ontario. Disgusted

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs.
We’ve never tried before. But after been asked by the teens to try I gave in. Self ordering was quick and easy, but that’s the only good thing I have to say. The prices were not cheap, I don’t mind paying at all for food of a great standard. The food was warm, but dry.
The portion sizes for adults at the cost is atrocious.
Breakfast tea was bog standard rubbish tetley. The Oreo milkshake tasted of milk. Then the staff, well it might as be service from robots. Never again will I step in one of Tim’s establishments again.

My customer service complaint experience.

I posted a one star Google review about the Tim. Hortins at 130th Avenue, Southwest Calgary, Alberta.
Tim Horton's corporate reached out and asked for more information on my complaint and took my personal information..
What was unknown to me at the time was that your personal information wasn't work. It will be given directly to the store owner. The owner called me up on my personal cell phone that and threatened to come to my place of business and get me fired with my boss. Over the next week, I had people showing up to my house at 2 AM and clean Tim Horton's cups left for me on my front step. The police were involved multiple times.
I immediately informed the Tim Hortons corporation and they failed to get back to me on any level.
Bad customer service is one thing, but this is just criminal.

Absolutely substandard service

Absolutely substandard service. Placed an order that the person taking could not understand, they took the order and when we finally got through the drive through we were told they couldn’t make our order . Mind you, this is at the airport and not only is time a major factor , but effectively communicating is also important as to not take unnecessary delays. Won’t be returning any time soon , which is sad because they used to be a great company. Maybe if they hired locally again , the service would improve.

Tim Hortons Selby Branch … Amazing Food, Super Friendly Staff … our New favourite restaurant

We arrived at 5pm to an empty restaurant.. why? This place is amazing. The food is a 10/10 compared to other fast food restaurants. Food the actually looks like the picture is unheard of. The burgers were delicious … we even bought two extra ones just to try them. Triple bacon cheeseburger, Double bacon cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, BBQ chicken cheese melt, cheeseburger, loaded lattice fry’s, onion rings, donut apple fritter and the the slushy type drinks which are to die for. A great experience and we will be back. I will be pushing and promoting this restaurant as Selby doesn’t realise what they have and they can’t loose it. !!!!

Not worth time or $$$. Consistently WRONG!!!!

Order was completely wrong on Tim matin.
Ordered sausage on a biscuit ended up with bacon on a muffin. How in the world are the two the same??? Would have gone back but was already at appointment when I opened the bag.
Finding more & more that Tim Hortons is anything but good. Seeing as even coffee was lukewarm!! Only thing Timmy’s provided is a bad aftertaste- much like the service at branch #3129. 262 St Jean Baptiste -CHATEAUGUAY -near highway 30
Can’t see my self going back in this lifetime.
