Several time i stood at the front…

Several time i stood at the front counter for 5 minute and received no service . No one was behind the counter , while there were 3 patient customers. I ended up leaving . Never mind the wrong orders , cold 🥶 old food . Burnt coffee etc . We need better choices

Tim Hortons used to represent a warm

Tim Hortons used to represent a warm, welcoming Canadian experience, but lately many locations feel increasingly run down and neglected. The overall look of the restaurants, from worn interiors to poor cleanliness and outdated design, gives the impression that atmosphere and presentation are no longer a priority.

How the Team of the Middle Sackville Tim Hortons makes my morning the Best Start to every morning!!!!!!
I cant sing enough praises to the Morning people who are always so up beat, have the biggest smiles, and great laughs. They make you feel as if you are the most important in that drive thru line up. Always courteous and genuine-it doesn't matter how your feeling you leave with that extra spring in your step every time. Their hard work and dedication to you as a customer goes over and above-making you feel like driving up to your family members window every morning. THANK YOU JACKIE and TEAM for all you do everyday as you always make my commute to work a happy one!!!!!!!! DON"T CHANGE its the small things!!!!!! That make an everyday!

Order mistake intentionally not fixed.

Hi, On Tuesday, January 13th, I went through the Tim Horton's drive-through in Murrayville, Langley, BC, with my two daughters. There were two employees working the drive-through line who served us. My daughters ordered two large iced chai lattes, and I ordered a large coffee, one cream. My daughters were served iced coffees instead of iced chai. I let the Tim Horton's employees know that the drink order was incorrect, that we had received iced coffees instead of iced chai, and asked for the drinks to be replaced with the iced chai we ordered. The employees responded that I was incorrect and that we had been served iced chai, not iced coffee. I tasted it - it was coffee. I asked again for the drinks to be replaced with iced chai. The employees agreed this time and brought us new drinks. I could see the chai "swirl" in the drinks, so we went on our way. When my daughters tasted the drinks, they were iced coffees with chai syrup. It appears that the employees took the original drinks out of my sight line, added chai syrup, and returned them to my daughters. I would like the person in charge of this Tim Horton's to be aware that this happened, so that they have the opportunity to follow up with the employees involved.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had an amazing experience, thanks to Shreya. She greeted me with a very warm and beautiful smile, which instantly made my day better. Her friendly and polite attitude showed that she genuinely cares about the customers. She was quick, attentive, and handled everything professionally, making the service smooth and enjoyable.

It’s rare to see someone combine efficiency with such a pleasant personality, and Shreya truly stands out. Small things like her smile and positive energy make the whole experience more delightful. I left the store feeling happy and appreciated as a customer.

Tim Hortons should be proud to have employees like Shreya. She is not just skilled at her job, but also makes the atmosphere welcoming and cheerful. I highly recommend visiting and experiencing her excellent service—it’s a small moment, but it leaves a big impact.

Hot chocolate comparison issue

Unfortunately I can't include a picture of the comparison of spoons with Tim Hortons spoon showing and another Canadian brand with no dissolving powder issues.
Looks like tariffs hit my items I buy. Timmy's large container sells over $12 a kilo to Carnations just over $8 a kilo. On top of container I did an experiment with my stir spoons. Have picture available. After using 1/2 of each container i never washed me spoons kept on a ladel. My cups i washed after each use as Timmy's powder even when well stirred still leaves a build up of undisolved chocolate on cups bottom and inside side cups lip. Tim's leaves chocolate residue buildup by not dissolving like the original Canadian Brand. Though it's filled here it's an American company with no real pride like the old Timmy's. Where Carnation my new choice tastes better as a bonus. Look at the spoon difference.
Just venting . I still have a photo with both products side by side. Tim what happened to my no 1 Canadian Icon. I even dislike entering one of my families favorite goto place for familiy meetings.
If you ever bring back what Timmy's really stood for I'll be back at least for donuts.

Pancakes

Not been for a while, ordered pancakes with maple syrup when got home found out the maple syrup was already on the pancake so could not reheat or put butter on and also syrup had already sunk in what happened to the butter and syrup coming separately, back to Macdonalds.

I ordered two large double double coffees and I received two steeped teas. The lady at the drive through at Tim Hortons at 2950 Douglas St in Victoria BC wasn't very good. So I want two free coffees next time I go there. Not happy.

Tim Hortons is the best way to start your day a coffee that starts your motivation with getting good energy and Happy New year to all Tim Horton lovers thanks for your time and consideration .I live across the street am very happy to be so close it makes my day every day try it because it works thankfully am very lucky to be so close it's a great experience.

Quite honestly this location is the worst experience I have had with Tim Hortons, which i purchase their products daily. I try not to go to this location as the service (unavailable products) amazes me for a company that is supposed to have the staple products. This morning, New Years Day 2026 thought i would try them because they are the closest location to my residence. Drive thru - Dark roast coffee - that is all i wanted. "Sorry we dont have Dark Roast Coffee this morning" ?????? This happened to me many times, thus don't usually go to this location. So Tim Hortons staple product is coffee - correct? I have many other examples which was the reason i chose not to give this location anymore of my business over a year ago. Best one, last year again through the drive thru, was with my young daughter and her friend, ordered Dark roast coffee, plain bagel with butter for my daughter, and a chocolate glazed donut for her friend. Did not have any of these products!!!! Not sure if writing this will change anything however the Franchise Owner either is not on top of things or doesn't care. Thanks to the TH on Jane and Major Mackenzie - i purchase products every morning and not once have they not had what i ordered. EVEN DARK ROAST COFFEE!!
I really thought Tim Hortons was a coffee business.

This past year no matter where we…

This past year no matter where we travel and visit a Tim Hortons, friendly staff does not exist, cleanliness is not to par, odors and I am not speaking the scents that make you feel like home...more like bad B.O. I don't recognize our TIM HORTONS of the past. We will no longer visit any T.H. they may as well change the name, because this is not the Tim Hortons we remembered and loved
