Speaking about the Tim Hortons on Renforth Dr...

It really feels like the quality of the coffee has gone downhill. I live nearby and I was a big fan of it for almost a year.. The first time I noticed the strange taste, I couldn't even finish my cup and ended up throwing it out. I assumed it was just a one-off mistake .. it's okay, it happens .
But the next 2 visits were the same and the taste was still odd and different.
It honestly feels like they might be using cheaper beans now, or maybe the barista is unexperienced. Either way, something has definitely changed.
Please check your equipment or find a new coffee supplier, because I really like this place and I would love to enjoy it again.

Salford Tim Hortons

They do not switch on the air ventilation in the kitchen it seems and all the smoke comes to the sitting area and when I asked one of the baristas , she replied they were told to not switch it on to save electricity.

It's beyond believe.

Not only the coffee is poor and the place is unhygienic but the prices are not cheap either.

Not good.

Went to the TimHortons on King and my cold brew tasted like water. My friend also had a cappuccino which turned out to be ice cold even though they had put a sleeve around it so it wouldn’t “burn you”. Don’t get me wrong I love Tim’s and I find it very convenient sometimes, but I’ve never had an experience like that.

GIVEMEBACKMYCHOCOLATECHILL!

Well, it seems it has gotten to the point I need to file a review... I head off to Tim Hortons after a long day thinking, 'Man, I really could do for a chocolate chill right now.' Only to my absolute despair the Tim Hortons employee has the audacity to tell me that "We stopped making chocolate chills.' Excuse me? What. I've gone a few months without this delicious chilly drink and I can no longer stand another day without it. You clearly have no idea what this drink meant to me. Always thinking about yourself in this situation aren't you? "It's just a drink. No one will care." I CARE. I CARE FOR THIS DRINK MORE THAN ANYTHING. AND YOU MONSTERS TOOK IT FROM ME. YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE PAIN I BEAR EACH DAY KNOWING THAT I CAN NO LONGER OBTAIN THIS PRECIOUS DRINK. First the grilled cheese. Now this. What's next? No timbits? No Ice cap? You must think before you take action. Taking this drink away caused more damage then you may realize... Bring it back or I am going to start throwing hands...

The Tim Hortons app has to be among the worst. Difficult to understand and hard to use. Trying to use my points is a waste of time. Must have been written by the Arrivescam app. The McDonald’s app is how an app should work. Easy to use and using points is easy. I try to never use the TH app. Needs a major upgrade

I had a grilled chicken wrap

I had a grilled chicken wrap. Full of mayo, tomatoes and lettuce but no chicken. What a rip off.
This is how Tim Hortons take advantage of customers. Furthermore no napkin was given, no bag either and COLD!
RIDICULOUS!

Waste of my money. I hope head office reads this.

Raw bacon on Tims sandwitches

On a roadtrip and stopped at Tims 699 Trunk Rd. Sault Ste. Marie, got two BLT's and coffee. The bacon was raw on both, one mini slice of tomato on one sandwitch, no sign of butter or mayo on either. The bagle and lettuce was enjoyable. I'm a long time user of the Tims card, no longer. Disgusting sandwitches.

Deplorable conditions/cleanliness in Golden BC

We stopped at the TH in Golden while traveling through from BC to Manitoba (1421 Trans Canada Hwy-west location). We didn't understand why everyone was bringing their orders outside to eat in the rain, or in their cars. Inside was a mess - tables not cleared, garbages overflowing, and it was NOT busy, so that was not an excuse.
Outside was even worse. Again, garbage cans overflowing and crows had picked the refuse out and spread it all over the parking lot. We had to park on garbage and walk around it to get inside.
When we ordered, we could not get the 'special' coffees we wanted, as machines were broken down- there was a long list on the door of drinks we could not get.
My husband ordered a simple large double double and said it tasted like water, not the usual bold coffee taste we expect.
Deplorable-shame shame!

Tim Horton is disgusting

Tim Horton is disgusting. The 64 and 176 Surrey location tried to pick meat off my vegetarian bowl today then she tried to cover it with more sauce. They are disgusting 🐷 beware if my husband wasn’t in the store and did the drive through I would have received that bowl. Staff really needs to be trained up.

Tim's Dinner Deal Scam

My wife and I decided that we would try the new Thanksgiving stack (Dinner deal) offer for supper.
6:00 pm. Went to Tims, scanned my phone and ordered two meals, doughnuts and coffee and the till came up at +/- $24.00!!!.
I was surprised and pointed out to the clerk that the deal was for a dinner meal at $8.99. She said I could only get one meal at that rate, any others were full price. Pointed out to her that there was absolutely no indication, either in the TV ads, or on the app itself (which I have gone through in detail), that only one deal could be had. Was told that if I waiting half an hour, I "might" be able to get another one at the deal price.

This is deceptive advertizing.

The offer on the Tim's app, and the TV ads offer, indicate that you simply order from the list of mains, order from the list of sides, and order from the list of drinks, and scan your app (where you have activated the deal).

There is nothing on the app or the ads that indicates that there is a limit of one, (and the clerk agreed that there was no wording to that effect). She just said the system would not allow more than one order.

Deception!!!!
