On my fourth order from this Company.Quality as good as the first one.Delivery was a couple of hours late due to traffic.I did say to the driver it would have been nice to have let me know.He did apologise.

Bit pricey but good quality
Bit pricey but nicely packed and very dry hardwood (all beech as ordered), delivered on time on a nicely wrapped/ waterproofed pallet.
A later add. Have to say the wood burns really well, generating more heat and for longer than any other logs we have had (for use on an open fire … can imagine fantastic in a woodburner)

Can't recommend Timports highly enough!
I've been buying logs for many, many years but until I came across Timports, never have I found a company that provided such high quality. The beech is beautiful burning timber - very well dried. I've just taken delivery of four split crates containing beech and hornbeam (which we haven't had before) and both are really good. With companies we've used before, sometimes small logs and chips are hidden in the middle to make up weight. I moved all four crate-loads from the crates they were delivered in and stacked them in our wood shed. All the logs arrived tightly packed and every log was of excellent size. The delivery was great, the driver was helpful and after delivery, I received a call from Timports to make sure everything was OK. Delighted with the product, pleased with the after-sales service. Can't recommend Timports highly enough!

On looking at the pallet after delivery…
On looking at the pallet after delivery I found it to be damaged and possibly unsafe. The lower section had been split and broken framework making it unsafe. At worse it could now collapse giving no indication of the upper section failing before falling on anyone below. Your comments would be appreciated.

Delivered on time and date , the delivery driver was very helpful and friendly and positioned order exactly where I wanted it. Only slight issue was the poor pallet construction which caused issues for delivery as was a double stack and the couriers had to split into two so it remained safe in delivery truck.
