Great experience, delivery on time

Had a phone call from them today saying they have over run on the delivery and wont be coming I explained i had rang in the morning to find what time my delivery was as I had lads coming after work at 5 to finish off our drive as I have tarmac coming on Saturday Tippers have now cost me a team of 4 blokes wages and I can't get my drive finished now for another week.There are many other companies out there and local but I chose them what a mistake that was

Awful service, delivered damaged goods, when replacement in stock they couldn’t be bothered to deliver it, even though I’m only half a mile from depot. Finally got a refund after a month. Zero communication throughout. Avoid !! ( they did not contact me to deliver the replacement, they contacted me to tell me they could not fit in my delivery, that’s why I asked for a refund)

Nice service

I recently purchased 8 bags of type 1 MOT. Delivery to my address is always to the rear of the property and just for once the driver actually read his notes and came to the rear of the property instead of the front. The efficiency and professionalism of the driver was 1st class the only drawback is they cannot give you an estimated time of delivery it's either AM or PM meaning you do have to wait at home for them. The driver placed the bags exactly where I wanted them with ease I shall definitely be using them again as their prices are very competitive.
