Tire agent is a great site to get tires through especially when you need tires and can’t afford it all up front. I appreciate the payment plans that best suit your needs. I was shocked when i ordered my tires and they were delivered to my door two hours later! I live in the country where it’s hard to get things delivered to because we are not in town so that was super impressive. I tell all my family and friends about it. Highly recommended and great tires!

Don’t be fooled by the high online rating. They do not honor their commitment in making sure you receive your order. Delivery company claimed they delivered my tires with just a photo of a building as their “proof” no tires anywhere in the photo. They just dumped $1500 worth of tires on the side of a commercial building and drove away according to them. They didn’t even bother to find the right suite number to leave them at. The customer service at tire agent is pathetic they could care less I never received the tires since they already got the payment. They refuse to hold themselves or the delivery company responsible for this and basically told me they believe the word of the driver that left them and I’m just out of luck $1500 down the drain with absolutely nothing to show for it. I’m exploring my options on what to do next since they have zero concern on making this right. I’m going to have this story reported on and shared on every social media platform to hopefully bring awareness to this company and steer others away from buying from them and getting ripped off like they’re trying to do to me
