I can’t believe

I can’t believe , that after one and a half of week the customer service are just dead end .
I received the bag , which are not as described , particularly each corner of it was damaged . It was been hidden in photos and in description as well .
I tried to solve the issue with a seller and she decline to pay money back , so I can send the bag which is not as described back .
Customer service is just useless , so think twice before buy something on Tise trough they payment method , it’s a SCAM .
They don’t wanna solve our anything .
I can give 0 star if I can .

The worst system ever

The worst system ever, their A.I. is a prime example why we still needs humans beings in this world.
Horrible, ignorant live support, they don't care about your problems, no eager to help.

I worked hard for two years building up my account and sold over 40 high-end pieces. I took a chance by listing a replica item, but I made sure to clearly state it was a replica in the description. The next day, without any prior warning, my account was banned. I reached out to ask why I lost access to my account, and they told me it was because I violated the rules by selling replicas, something I wasn’t aware was prohibited. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially after putting so much effort into building that account. I just wish there had been more communication about the rules, so I could have avoided this situation.

I worked hard for two years building up my account and sold over 40 high-end pieces. I took a chance by listing a replica item, but I made sure to clearly state it was a replica in the description. The next day, without any prior warning, my account was banned. I reached out to ask why I lost access to my account, and they told me it was because I violated the rules by selling replicas, something I wasn’t aware was prohibited. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially after putting so much effort into building that account. Non-existent customer support

Non-existent customer support. I am trying to verify account for over 2 months now, and the chats are closed by bots because I haven't replied to the support, while they didn't send any messages to me. The story repeated over 3 times already

Very poor (or inexistant?) customer service

Very poor (or inexistant?) customer support! I wrote an email to them over a month ago because I cannot use the chat on the app, and I still do not have received any answer. This has led to cancel bids because I wasn’t able to answer to the other part.
Today, I experienced a second negative part of it : after paying 99 NOK directly to Tise in post, for only very small baby clothes that could almost fit in an envelope, I receive a message that I should pick up the package 20 min from home… in Oslo! I thought by paying so much to Tise, it would be delivered home.

Just the worst customer experience!

Horrible customer experience!! Upsetting really. Trying to list an authentic designer item with all proof of authenticity and they ban me based in their “automated” process. No real responses what so ever, so slow. Really just rude and disappointing. My advise is use Tise instead, don’t bother with Vinted. Also can see they have fakes on sale on the app so should consider their process from that perspective too - doesn’t seem to work that well.

Issues with fraud

Overall nice to have a place to sell and buy second hand, especially with a good platform and payment&shipping options. However, with the latest sale noticed a huge problem with the platform enabling fraud! Sold and item through the app with the tise payment solution, but so that we agreed with the buyer to meet instead of shipping the item through mail. After we met, the buyer did not mark the item as received and ended up getting their money back. I as a seller was left to a situation where I had given the sold item to the buyer, but never received the payment. Worst part was, that when I contacted the Tise customer support, they did nothing to help (and took super long to even answer)!! So please be careful in these kind of situations!
