I purchased some titanium earrings and…Not the best customer experience
I purchased some titanium earrings and I opened one pair but wasn’t happy ana I’m my humble opinion one of the earrings was slightly bent which I reported as damaged. I was informed that it was supposed to be like that and I wasn’t entitled to a refund as the packaging was opened. !!!

I understand that but one was bent far more than the other and therefore I have been unable to wear them.

One set of earrings perfect, the other unwearable :(
I’m absolutely gutted as I can’t wear the titanium small hoop earrings I bought for my main lobe piercing as they make my ears become itchy and swollen straight away.
I specifically bought them because my friend bought the titanium studs for my birthday last month and I haven’t taken them out of my second (upper) lobe piercing since.
So I can’t understand why the two earrings are so different when worn right next to each other and are both anti allergic titanium.
Could the hoops be faulty?
They were beautifully packaged and are lovely earrings but I can’t wear them :(

lol Order only if you can guess chain length through the plastic bag
Nice items and quick customer service response. All would have been well, except for I ordered a couple of chains for the piercing earring for a gift… The little chains are just over 1 cm in length and arrive in a small plastic bag. Naturally, took the chain out of the plastic bag to check its length and if it would suit, as impossible to tell all scrunched up in the bag. It was tiny, so I promptly ordered a replacement that is longer, informed customer service of this and arranged a return. Only to then be told that I will not be refunded for the item taken out of the “heat seal” (aka little plastic bag). Bear in mind this is for a chain of 16 mm, which is impossible to assess without taking out of a plastic bag. So, if you have magical ability to determine whether jewelry would suit you in length or size by holding it in your palm and NOT taking it out of a plastic bag - go ahead and order. Otherwise, shop around elsewhere with a more realistic return policy. Shame, as the earring was really lovely and otherwise I would have been happy with the brand, if not for a bizarre return approach from customer service. Sadly won’t be buying again and £45 wasted.

We have reviewed the listing for the chain purchased from us. We can confirm that the listing is clear, and states that this item is available in four different lengths. When purchasing, the correct length must then be selected from the four sizing options. In accordance with the option selected at the time of purchase, the 16mm length was dispatched.
To provide as much product information as possible, in the description we have also included the O-ring gauge and diameter, so all measurements are known prior to purchasing.
When packing an order, we ensure that all jewellery is heat sealed in clear packaging prior to sending, we do this for hygiene reasons. This allows all customers the opportunity to inspect the item received and ensure they are happy with this prior to opening the heat seal, making it unreturnable.

Beyond disappointed
Beyond disappointed. One earring was totally miss sold. As this is an online store all you have to go off is the photos. Unlike other shops they give no measurements of the actual earring other than the length of the post. I thought that I was getting a dainty sized earring and so took it out of the packaging and put it in. Once I was wearing it I noticed it was 4 times the size of the photos! and When I complained and took photos I was told that peoples anatomy is different so they wouldn’t refund. Unless their model had an ear four times the size then I find this hard to believe and presume they aren’t real models wearing the earrings but AI photos. I am now £110 out of pocket and as far as I’m concerned conned into buying a product! I would NOT recommend!

In line with our returns policy, we are unable to accept the return of any worn jewellery due to hygiene reasons. To help customers inspect their item before deciding to keep it, all jewellery is supplied in a clear, heat sealed packaging. This allows the item to be viewed without opening this, as opening the seal makes the item unreturnable.

I received one set of earrings as a gift and ordered another set myself. Both pairs were much smaller than they looked on the website. The gems are much less prominent in real life. I'm hoping that the material will not tarnish as that was the main reason for buying but still expensive for what they look like.
