I had my original tragus piercing in London. Great experience, no problem. I ordered a new stud but was disappointed by size..smaller than expected..and more expensive.

I was really excited for the earrings I ordered but I received the incorrect product. Then rather than send out a replacement right away, I had to send back the error pair, wait for them to process that return and as yet (even though I sent them last week with their label) still no communication about the replacement pair. Pretty disappointing

The ordering and delivery process was perfect. Super quick delivery.
The earrings are nice, I wanted something I could wear everyday. These earrings were extremely difficult to secure in my ears. So very fiddly to get to “click” in place. I thought I’d have to put them in back to front in order to close them. I had to get my husband to fit them in the end.
They are nice earrings but a bit of a faff.

Purchased what was supposed to be 14ct…
Purchased what was supposed to be 14ct solid gold earrings, spent a substantial amount of money to curate my ear once my piercings had healed and I’m very disappointed with the quality.
Clicker hoops no longer line up after 1 wear, and other earrings have caused irritation and left GREEN gunk and marks on my ears. (Please note I only wear solid white gold earrings and have never experienced a reaction from other brands).
Customer serves said they would not exchange or return any items as they are not in the original packaging.
Quality does NOT match the price point of their products and customer service is horrendous.
Huge waste of money please avoid at all costs!
