Titan garden tools are robbish I had two in a year it is so easy to break I don't think worth the money they charge for. Now I have borought unknown cheap Chinese made so far it works well. Titan is only a name worsts machine money can buy.
I brougt the Titan multi garden tool from Screwfix the first one broke within 3 months, of course Screwfix sent me replacement but it also broke just after the year warranty ended, and now I will not touch anything with Titan name on it.
When they said I got the wrong company, I looked the Titan Pro wed site logo was right , I don't think I got the wrong company.

I purchased a 15HP chipper / mulcher back in July 2020. The electric start stopped working. I called Titan Pro and they gave me some great advice on tracing the issue. Some 2 years 9 months after my initial purchase I have today received a new starter motor and solenoid. Brilliant! After sales is great and they truly honour their 3 year guarantee. PLUS the machine has been excellent! I strongly recommend Titan Pro Limited.

I ordered a Bafang motor and parts for my Frey pedal cycle. At some point the configuration of the wiring for the motor and parts has been swapped from UART to CAN. These are small but significant changes to the connections between the components.
KIRSTY at Titan Pro quickly familiarised herself with the intricacies of the various parts and their compatibility. KIRSTY's customer service and helpfulness was exemplary and her actions and communication made what could have been a drawn out and tedious process a relative delight.
Kirsty thanks for all your help. Great employee.

I recently bought a Titan pro chipper. During use on the very first day it became blocked repeatedly. At one point it caught fire. I returned it following the instructions. I then received an email stating that the machine was in perfect working order but that the clutch was slipping and the belt was worn?!! The company was therefore withholding £527.90 of the £849 I paid for this useless machine. Subsequent emails to the company have gone unanswered and unacknowledged. Not only is their product poor but their customer service is outrageous. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

I purchased this manual start model second hand a year ago and find it very temperamental to start. The kick back you get when it fires is painful.
Despite the machine being purchased second-hand and was already out of warranty I contacted the company. They weren't able to help directly but did their best to help me with some things to try to address the issue.
After watching YouTube videos I found that the timing was the major fault. The unit was stripped down and the magneto repositioned and this gave a marked improvement to its performance.

So far so good. I bought the 15hp Titan-Pro Garden Shredder/Chipper for general domestic use as we have a reasonable size garden and wanted to shred and compost our garden waste. It's munched its way through a huge pile of laurel, rhododendron and various shrubs leaving a nice fine mulch for composting, very sturdily built and good value for money - the electric start is a nice feature.
You do need to spend a bit of time separating and trimming branches etc. I found the best way was to have two different piles, one for green waste with 10mm or less diameter branches (these go in the top hopper) and another pile of branches 10mm to 50mm chopped into straight'ish lengths to feed into the side chute.
Keep a long sturdy wooden stick handy for clearing out the discharge opening as it can soon become blocked with clippings.
The green waste for chipping was nice and dry - not sure how successful it would be if wet.
I thought the bottom outlet discharge would be a pain but I found that if you stand the foot of the machine inside a 1 tonne builders merchants bulk bag, it's a great way of collecting the clippings.
I removed the safety guards from the top hopper, side chute and the discharge point. This made life so much easier but goes against 'elf and safety protocol!
It's a lot of machine for not a lot of money, probably easy to sell 'second hand' if I decide to upgrade in the future.

Ordered a new blade for my titan chipper on Monday 6th sept morning paid £5 for delivery assuming nextday delivery, rang customer services to be told rudely it was only sent out Wednesday 8th a 48hr delivery I asked why if I paid £5 did it take 3days for posting was told it paid for ,someone to get it ready, packaging postage (postage was£2) she was rude and offensive in her tone and manners, definatly not an asset to the company, plus tracking was useless you can only track item when it is being delivered and no signature required.

Worst piece of equipment I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of using.
Doesn’t do a good job, doesn’t do any job what do ever!!! Titan Pro 190F Lifan 15.0
Avoid it like the plague.

Don't be conned by the '3yr' warranty banner on the petrol chipper page. It's ONLY ONE YEAR. In years 2 and 3 you ONLY get parts and YOU have to pay carriage. So if the machine has multiple faults which are NOTHING to do with you or misuse, you could end up paying a small fortune to get it repaired. Worse still, I phoned and spoke to Kirsty the office manager and she told me it was a 'full 3 year parts, labour and carriage warranty' It was only when I found their T&C;s did I discover the truth. I challenged her and she said 'I didn't know that' (REALLY) - So I will not be spending circa £2000 with Titan. I don't like dishonesty.

Incredibly poor customer service and even worse aftercare service. Log splitter is less than 18 months old and we were told that they don’t even stock a hydraulic ram o ring and we should try and find one to fit after stripping down the hydraulic ram.

I have recently bought the TPHW21 electric start mower which I am very pleased with. I gave my lawn its first cut this year and was surprised how easily the mower cut the longer than normal grass. I set it on the highest point and allowed the cuttings to fall on the lawn which I understand is advisable on the first cut of the season. I did have a problem initially with the pull of the mower so I contacted their customer service engineer and he was able to advise me on an adjustment to the cable which solved the issue immediately. Very happy with mower and service.

I called customer service to complain that I required a third log store cover in a year, due to fraying and leaking. I was told that I had to set up an account via the site and had no choice. I complained that I didn't want an account and just wanted to purchase with my debit card. The operative got frustrated and so did I and the operative hung up. I sent an email to customer services, but have as yet received no reply. When I initially purchased the log store it came without the cover which I had ordered. I contacted them and I eventually received it. When purchasing the second cover, their sales tried to retrospectively charge postage after the site did not charge it, implying it was my fault. Individually, on the first two occasion, not the end of the world, but after this third event, I certainly won't be back

Great petrol powered lawnmower. Easy to start, not to heavy to push around and very smooth. Lots of room in the bag for grass and able to alter blade height easily. Good customer service too! Highly recommended.

I purchased this machine about a year ago to replace a 2KW electric Bosch shredder that simply wasn't up to the task of efficiently clearing the waste from a fairly large garden. At 15hp this was a big jump in power and I had hoped for a big improvement in capability to throughput large amounts of normal garden waste quickly.
Without wishing to prattle on, this machine is good at processing some garden waste IF it has dried out and is not fibrous (ie like brambles etc.) or wet. In order for it to work as designed, it has to have a grille in place at the outlet and if the waste is wet or fibrous then this grille tends to clog up. You then have to spend time taking the grille out and cleaning it- not something I had planned on and certainly not mentioned by Titan Pro.
The engine starts well and the assembly/operating instructions are mediocre. Strongly recommend potential purchasers to consider what exactly they want to chip/shred before purchase.
I tried to post a similar review on their website soon after purchase but they ignored it/didn't publish it, so perhaps best to treat all their positive reviews with caution.
