I booked my flight to California despite not being able to see how to book baggage at the same time (despite three attempts). I also wanted to add my airmile number. Being 82 years of age, and no computer expert, I felt stressed I would be cut off due to taking too long with the booking process. I would now appreciate contact from Tix.nl to see how to rectify this error.

Would avoid at all costs!

Booked a flight through their platform, to only be scammed out of a supposed “Flexible ticket” option where they charge you extra - however to only come back and mention they have no authority to change your ticket. In addition, if you attempt to book directly with the airline - Tix then too does not cover any costs even if this is pre-paid in the flexible ticket. Now after sending 3 emails, just radio silence…

Rude and blatantly just fraudulent

Please think twice before using their service.

Cheapest and best tickets after comparing multiple sites

DO NOT (!) buy Ryanair tickets through tix.nl. They are not authorized to sell tickets by Ryanair, and you will not be able to use the purchased tickets (unless perhaps by doing in-person Ryanair checking for extortionate fees).

I rented a car via Tix.nl with CarTrawler. I picked up the car at Barcelona airport. At the desk, Europcar stated there was a no-show, as I was 1.5 hrs later than the scheduled 15.00 hrs. Apparently, the fine print of CarTrawler states that if you're too late (e.g. 1 minute), there is a no-show and you loose you money. Europcar charged me 800 EUR more, on top of the 800 EUR I paid to Tix.nl (CarTrawler). I couldnt reach Tix.nl nor CarTrawler on Saturday afternoon. I think that all three parties collaborate; they lure clients with low rates and then charge them more for ridiculous reasons. CarTrawler refers to the fine print, but this is pure deceipt; you wouldnt expect a no-show policy if you're 30 minutes later than expected. What extra cost is there for the rental company if you're 30 minutes later than expected?
Very disappointing that Tix.nl collaborates with these kind of companies, but they also make more money because of this and are therefore just as unfair.
It's time that governmental bodies will shut down these practices; how can it be that within the European Union these kind of practices are still ongoing?

My recent experience with TIX was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The flight was canceled without any prior notice from TIX, and they left me struggling with the airlines who promised rebooking arrangements that completely failed. This left me stranded at the airport, forcing me to incur additional expenses to book another flight to meet critical commitments in Paris. Despite several attempts, TIX’s customer service provided no resolution or support, leading to significant stress and financial losses.

Contact with this company is ZERO. Once booked that's it. They will pass it on to the company your booked with, the company your booked with will pass it back as you booked through a 3rd party! Seriously do not use unless you are 100% certain nothing needs changing or help with. You will regret rather than dealing directly with the original company. It might cost you more but it may probably save you a hell of a lot!!

Twice in two weeks I tried to book tickets with tix.nl the first time with ticket prices lower than other sites, the second time only with flight times shorter than other sites.
After filling in all traveller's details and going through (too) many options before the ticket can be booked in both cases I got the message that the ticket can't be booked. The first time the price for which it could be booked doubled (!), the second time the site said that no tickets are available anymore.
This site takes all your personal data and then turns out to be a total time waster, don't use!

easy to book

booking with or without baggage is not clear. It says without but it also says you can change that when you go further, but the option is not there. It's very confusing
