I made a cancelation before the 3 hours deadline with Qatar air. And now the are saying i was too late. That cost me around 250 euro. Its not even the money so much but the fact that they tell me i am the liar is pretty bad. I simply have the the proof that i was in time.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vliegwinkel.

I purchased a ticket for my nephew for a round-trip flight (Brasília – Amsterdam). After the purchase, he suffered a very serious accident that resulted in a leg amputation. He is currently undergoing medical treatment and physiotherapy and has been declared medically unfit to travel. We provided official medical documentation confirming the severity of the situation.

Despite the clear medical emergency and the impossibility of travel, Vliegwinkel refused to offer any reasonable solution — no refund, no meaningful assistance, and no real attempt to support us during an incredibly difficult time.

I understand that companies have policies, but there should also be room for basic human decency and flexibility in cases involving severe medical emergencies. The complete lack of empathy and unwillingness to find a fair solution has been deeply disappointing.

I would strongly advise others to carefully consider their options before booking with this agency, especially if you expect support in unforeseen and serious situations.

Endless number of attempts at tied-selling when all I wanted was a plane ticket. Attempted to sell options at a higher price than on the airline's website itself.

The gave a good and swift service.

SCAM. Worst website ever. Never use it. They do not have any additional fee for change or cancellations while booking yet they charge almost the same as the ticket. Also they lie about other flights not having a space.

Very easy and simple to use, particularly when using several providers.
