Top site, easy to use!

Too much extra offers. All these pop-ups with "Are you sure" getting annoying during the ticket booking . Other function was great.

Clear and easy to book, however the flight with the lowest price couldn’t be booked anymore although it said 4 seats remaining.

they were great. easy to use website and answered questions and requests in a timely manner

I have been using Tix for a while and so far I have had no problem with it.

Bought the tickets, firstly we got a notification that something went wrong with the payment eventhough they already took it off my bankaccount, after an hour we finally received an confirmation email. A day after that they cancelled our order because there weren’t any tickets left, but if you look online the same tickets are still there.

we booked flight tickets,and pay for it but afterwards received an email in the middle of the night that I had to pay extra because the ticket prices were not correct, very strange because if I did not pay, my tickets would expire, has anyone experienced this?

Booking was relatively easy; however there were a lot of extra charges that required some extra scrutiny.

After half day after buying airline ticket they cancelled it.It says you will get refund in 2 days.Now i see another ticket which 35 euro cheaper then another agencies

Great prices and easy check out, not much of a hassle to get through the purchase process, nice website design (very customer friendly) and very nice discounts

I have bought return ticket through their agency Flighttix.de and the flight was canceled one day before the departure 14th Mar 2022. I have contacted and asked for refund countless time but what I received so far was requirement to fill the confirmation form that I want to have voucher or refund. After filling their form, I did not receive anything. Customer service does not work in this company. I have filled the complaint on European Consumer Center for help.
I hope this will help other customer avoid these frustrations dealing with this really bad services.

Online vliegtickets sites zijn er veel, ze hebben bijna allemaal hetzelfde aanbod, ze lijken op elkaar en onduidelijk of te weinig info.
voor AMS - MEX -AMS in Mart 2023 heb ik andere route opties met gevonden.
*Eenvoudig en duidelijk UX.
*De opties die ik will te kiezen zonder meer.
*Prijs was 250 eur minder.
*Extras aangeboden.
*Een Nederlandse bedrijf onder de NL wet.

Users please get real, you know you are here. you get what you paid for.
Some Travel agents will happily take you by the hand and bed backwards please you, after you please the with your hard earned cash.

My worst customer service experience. I’ve been waiting for my refund for a YEAR now.
They rarely responds to messages; and if they do, it's to ask to wait. Wait & wait. 🚨🚨🚨
