Intitative and easy to use

Pretty intuitive and easy to use. Had issues transferring name of ticket holder but this was more an issue with the company that issued the tickets. All turned out fine in the end.

This rating should be a zero

This rating should be a zero. I had tickets to a sold out wrestling match. Put the tickets up at their reasonable price and even lowered it before the show. It did not sell. This was the only ticket seller that I could use (purchased through Eventbrite for the show). It was a sold out show!! Very ineffective. I could have done better standing on the street corner! That’s a joke since I couldn’t go. My recommendation: don’t use them.

User experience can be buggy, but helpdesk is efficient.

For some reason, I had problems listing my QTIX tickets on the site. After uploading every possible way, I kept getting error messages, and had to request assistance. Tixel responded quickly and fixed the problem. Then I followed instructions and made the listing Live for sale, which showed up on my account, but they didn't appear publicly on their website. Again, they responded quickly, apologised, and fixed this. The tickets then sold almost immediately and the money was paid into my account after the event.

Listed 2 tickets. On the day I decided to go alone as my friend's flight was cancelled. The spare ticket sold the same day. There's a chat facility to message the buyer. The chat ended when the show started if not a bit before. Recommend.

Fantastic customer service

Tixel is a fantastic 3rd party re-selling site. They have not only provided me with a smooth secure way to buy re-sale tickets, recently I needed to get a re-fund for an event however as I did not buy the ticket originally and the event had ended this was proving difficult to contact the seller as due to Tixel’s security measures it is not possible to contact the seller once the event has ended. This of-course is completely understandable but left me in a difficult position. I contacted Tixel’s customer service regarding this matter, they responded in less than 24 hours explaining they could not put me
In contact with the seller due to their confidentiality guidelines however they will re-fund me fully for the event. I had the money in my bank account immediately.
I was very pleasantly surprised by this and can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking to buy or sell event tickets.
