We have been working with suppliers to bring our customers essential products and we are being careful to ensure we sell these within our normal low-cost model. However, as demand is very high for certain items the cost that we have to pay has been significantly increased. We assure you we are still trying to bring our customers the best prices on these items.

Community Giveback

One of TJC’s founding principles is to do the right things, working with locally based charities who help us donate nutritious meal to children across the UK and India. For every item purchased we donate a meal meaning our customers help us improve the lives of 35,000 children every day. When we have been able to source PPE we have been donating face masks and sanitisers to over 90 organisations from the NHS, care homes and social services.

The ring is absolutely stunning! Just what I was after. Unfortunately, the initial love of the ring wore off after a few weeks due to the gold plating coming off so quickly! Shame. Glad I bought it when it was on offer.

I purchased a 14ct gold and Asher cut…

I purchased a 14ct gold and Asher cut diamond ring which was purchased on the the 2nd August 2025. By December the diamond diamond fell out of the ring phoned and told them I would send it back then my husband was diagnosed with cancer and wasn’t thinking straight and my husband is still getting treatment just now. This ring cost £999.99 it wasn’t cheap surely the jewellery should have 1 years guarantee at least. So if this has happened to my ring in such a short space of time you are selling inferior goods which are not fit for purpose. I have the ring and the diamond I was just asking for it to be fixed but to no avail, over the last year I have spent a lot of money on this channel and they can’t even fix a ring, what happened to customer service and good will for the customer. I work in a front facing customer job so know all about people bringing items back that aren’t fit for purpose. So it wouldn’t take that much to fix my ring and for customer satisfaction. But if you’re prepared to lose my business that’s up to you. I will not be recommending your company to friends & family and will stop buying from your company I have spent thousands of pounds from when the company started 20 years ago. Word of mouth is the best advertising you can get so I will be telling people your goods aren’t good enough to buy from a so called quality retailer.

Good job by Customer Services.

The handbag l received was not the one l ordered.
I have had a communication from TJC and l have been offered a full refund which l am happy to accept. Black handbags in plastic bags may all look the same in a warehouse and the item number was printed quite small.

Technical problems, so no sale. I tried to order the collagen on…

I tried to order the collagen on special offer, but every time I tried to pay, it just came up with technical problems. I tried about 6 times and gave up. I went on in the morning and ordered what I thought was the 200g bags x 2 with spoons, but when it arrived, it was only 100g x 2. Really feel like I was duped. Not happy
