I am a 1st time buyer and I cannot recommend TJS enough. I was well looked after by everyone I spoke to, especially Laura and Vanessa, even when I had a silly question about the process.

Even with the pandemic the whole process only took about 12/13weeks and I was kept in the loop every step of the way.

The icing on the cake was the little hamper I received when picking up my keys :-)

Jacqueline is an amazingly kind and the most correct agent who shown everything to us, and brought a little welcome gift box with sweet treats, household items and an AO voucher, which is the very first time we got at a house move. Tjs showed us that not all estate agents are the same. They were enthusiastic, very professional and great communicators throughout. Unlike other larger agents nearby, they were always available and informative and helped smooth everything through. They showed it’s not just the advert on Rightmove that sells the house!

Lorraine did a fantastic job for us, from arranging the viewing to keeping in touch etc. etc. Really liked the way you don't use a fish-eye lens for the photos, so that what you see on the brochure is what you see when you get there. Our only small criticism is that no-one seems to have proof-read the text on the otherwise excellent brochure about the house...

Excellent service and team. Had a few problems in the sale but not due to them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Very friendly, professional and a very responsive staff and they all work well together as one team to provide a great seamless service. Always go the extra mile. Highly recommend.

I can not recommend TJS highly enough. I dealt with them for the sale of my house and the purchase of another. They were amazing from start to finish; they couldn’t do enough for us. They chased other estate agents and solicitors within the chain to ensure the move was as stress free as possible for me. A special mention goes to Lorraine and Laura; their dedication and professionalism was outstanding. I wouldn’t go with any other estate agent.

Great agent and would happily use again. Helpful friendly staff and reasonable agency costs. Personally I think I'd like updates on the process weekly or fortnightly when relevant as the sale /purchase concludes without feeling I'm being pushy but no complaints at all. Recommend!
