The team at TJS property have been an immense help during the purchase of our property. When you talk about people going the extra mile well I can say everyone in this team went an extra 10 miles to help us. Coming from overseas and having a non-existent credit rating in the UK, the team really helped us find the right contact people and services to get moved into our property. Would definitely recommend working with them!

Customer Service is outstanding. If you ring and have to leave a message they will call you back. They keep you updated on the sale and progress.

With TJS having taken care very efficiently of the sale of my late parents bungalow last year I had no hesitation in contacting them to take care of the sale of my house in August.

I was not disappointed, once again an excellent service from start to finish including one of the best if not the best sales fee on the market, as I was now living in Peterborough I left it to TJS to handle all the viewings by prospective purchasers, I was kept informed of the outcome of each viewing by Laura and Lorraine although there were not many viewers as the property sold in six days and at the top end of the guide price!!
I was guided very professionally through the completion of the sale although I was living 65 miles away every attention to detail regarding the sale was communicated at each stage.
Yet again thank you Tricia, Laura, Lorraine and Vanessa (apologies if I missed anyone) for another smooth and painless sale transaction.
Although TJS maybe a "small" independent company when it comes to efficiency, knowledge, and customer service, they are definitely the best.
