Initially I dealt with Tricia, who I found extremely knowledgeable and helpful when at the initial stages of valuing and putting my house on the market just before the Covid lock down and during the lockdown, which helped keep our worries and concerns at bay.
Lorraine was extremely attentive and helpful during the viewings process and upon an offer being accepted kept regular contact and updates to help move everything along swiftly.
I would use the team at TJS again and highly recommend them.

We purchased a house being sold through TJS. We cannot fault them at all. We had very bad experiences with two other large estate agents prior to dealing with TJS but they were completely different. From the first phone call to book a viewing; through to completion day they were helpful, friendly, reliable and in my personal opinion
and very importantly - trustworthy.
