First property purchased and it’s been far more straight forward than expected. The steady process has been aided by Venessa, Laura and Lorraine who have been a pleasure to deal with! I’ve constantly been kept up to date and not once felt like a trouble when calling with my own queries. TJS are a great estate agency, they were very helpful and always on hand when I needed to check the progress with the property I was buying.

Helpful, friendly and would definitely recommend!
Right from the start of the process Jackie and Poppy have been amazing. As a landlord renting my property out for the first time I couldn’t have asked for better people to take control of everything for me. I’ve hardly had to do anything myself and they have kept me informed and up-to-date with all progress throughout the journey from finding tennants and getting them into my home! Together with a very fair pricing system TJS has been fabulous and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others.

I feel confident using TJS. Staff professionalism shines through. From the first phone call I felt I could trust this team to secure my sale. Lots of viewings, lots of offers and continuous accurate updates throughout. I was compassionately guided through the sale of my late Mums home. I cannot recommend their efficiency highly enough. Former tenant (as of today)
I was a tenant. TJS are without a doubt the best letting agent in the area. Reasons for this are as follows:-
1. Yes, there are inspections. However this is done with the tenant in mind and to see whether there is anything with your property that needs attention or repair. Specifically they were checking window seals, bathroom seals, whether the heating worked or not, was everything ok with the property generally.
2. You are not treated as an inconvenience or as a second class citizen simply because you are a tenant and not an owner occupier. For the time that you are living there it is your home.
3. On checkout day everything was very easy and straight forward.
In a nutshell all of the staff at TJS treat their tenants as if they were clients/customers and that is really appreciated, because this is very rare in my experience. 5/5
