Tenants and Landlords, trials and tribulations.
I have to say TJS have handled a rather objective and dismissive tenant on my behalf exceptionally well.
It's always interesting to see how tenants believe they are hard done by when it comes to landlords and the property.
No one ever looks at it from the other perspective in how landlords will go the extra mile to look after their tenants only to have it shoved back with attitude and contempt.
There is always 2 sides to every story and what TJS do is remain impartial in the middle making sure all parties are looked after to the acceptable standard.
For all round great service, no matter who you are, tenant or landlord I cannot recommend TJS property people highly enough.

No Support
Horrendous lack of support from TJS after renting with them for 4 years. Very apparent they only care about the landlord. Extremely disappointed. I have evidence to prove the property was just general wear and tear and also evidence that I waited months and months for the works desperately needed to the bathroom to be completed. It’s funny how the house was up for sale with them so all they care about is selling the house to make their commission. Also payment was made so you are lying... it was paid before so you are lying again

Megan, As you are aware, we supported you throughout your tenancy, with repairs and maintenance and made sure that issues were dealt with quickly, we made sure any inspections were booked to your convenience. The main issue arose when you moved out of the property, and we felt that you had not left it to an acceptable condition, to which you agreed and accepted. However, you and your landlord were unable to agree a payment plan, which meant that we had to take the action we did with regard to claiming it against the deposit. We are sorry that this was the only option available to us. Payment was made after you placed your review and our reply.

I promised I would try to keep my review short, which 'Everyone' at TJS will know is very difficult for Leslie, I like to talk. Selling your home is never easy, so many decisions to make, what do you do? What TJS gave us, was trustworthy and honest advice, which sometimes meant being told what you might not want to hear but that's what makes a GOOD Relationship, which is SO important.
You want someone to believe in you and your home and they did. Everyone looked after 'US' but special "thanks" must go to Laura because as well as selling our home, she also found us our 'Forever Home' also thru TJS, which meant we got 'Good Service' twice. As you can see, I do like to talk "Thank You TJS" x
