Fantastic service

The work was carried out swiftly and smoothly and I was trained on the new Stairlift and got answers to all questions promptly.

Shame about Salford council taking almost 2 years to approve but that’s not TK’s fault

Had a curved stairlift fitted late June this year. The whole experience was very good, with the electrician and plumber (to remove a radiator) coming out before the fit date to complete all necessary works for the fit, to the engineer that installed the lift. There was very little disruption to the household and all patching work was completed. The lift itself is brilliant and the after sales service has so far been great (only had to call them once to a minor problem but it was dealt with quickly and the problem rectified within 2hrs of me calling)

I was impressed by their work ethic. They were very polite and and understood my privacy is important. They worked professionally on their jobs and cleaned up afterwards. I would headhunt them if I were in competition with your business, honestly. Thanks for the experience.

Recently had a stairlift fitted. The fitter was friendly and polite. He explained how to use the stairlift in a way that even my 4 year old grandson was able to use it. And no mess to clean up afterwards. Thank you for a job well done.

THE LADS COULDN'T HAVE DONE MORE FOR ME ! ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS ITS "SLOW" BUT TO BE FAIR IT'S DOWN TO THE SHAPE OF MY STAIRCASE SO I JUST HAVE TO GET ON WITH IT ! "BUT" WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM THE LADS CAME STRAIGHT OUT AND SORTED IT FOR ME !!! CAN'T FAULT THEM ! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

The stairlift looks amazing and has improved my quality of life as I feel safer going up and downstairs and reach the bathroom without breathing difficulties.
The electrician did a fantastic job and didn't stop till the job was done and the two engineers that fitted the stairlift were friendly funny left no mess and had loads of patience when explaining how to use the lift and what to do if anything should go wrong.

Very happy with this company...polite, informative & helpful...was an issue with the survey which resulted in extra work needed but was quickly resolved & carried out with minimum disruption...all the guys were lovely and left my property clean & tidy on completion...would highly recommend

Dave And Joe were excellent, explaining everything to my mam who is nearly 96 years young . The work they did was amazing they are friendly lads who worked non- stop the bathroom is finished to an amazing standard, I would highly recommend them to anyone
