After all the solicitors I've ever dealt with, these are the only ones i found to be honest and went the extra mile. Never made me wait for unknown issue, always answered the phone and returned calls. Would recommend these to anyone and would use them again and again

Attention to detail and value for money springs to mind. I had a professional and dedicated single point of contact in Sadia. She took the stress out of the whole process. She was thorough, listened, provided updates and advice when needed. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of the Law Partnership Solicitors (Coventry).

Very happy with my experience when purchasing my first home. Ismail was thorough and helpful. They update an app to give you visibility of the progress of your purchase (or sale!)

My only feedback would be the communication as not all emails were responded to, but I always picked up the phone and got the answers I needed.

They needed nagging to get things done. 'Lost' emails and were very lax. At one point I had to get the estate agent to nudge a response from Ismail. Would not recommend.

Was very happy with the service provided by TLP who handled the sale of my house. I would definitely recommend them. My only complaint is that they provide all clients with an online tool to track progress which is not always updated as quickly as it could be.

Got 3 conveyancing quotes via Reallymoving.com and decided to go with TLP, but on calling them (a second time, as first call said they would call back but didn't) was told that they were not doing 'right to buy' jobs at the moment. Ok, I thought, so went with another company, then the following day I get an email from TLP with a Click to Instruct link. What?? Very disappointing!

I chose this company because they was the nearest location to me in the top ten on Trustpilot.
Unfortunately, when I called the nice receptionist said "please bear with me while I locate the gentlemen you need to speak with", after a timed six minutes, she returned, and politly informed me, unfortulatly the gentleman is on another call and will, call you back as soon as he is free. I thanked the receptionist, and enquired into the name of the person who would call me back, she replied with a name that sounded like "Nalcom, but I thought I misheard and it may have been "Malcom" - anyway, that was the last I heard from ANYONE at TPS. Unfortunatly if you cant call back, you do not deserve my business, 36 hours later I comittted to Trutpilots number one, Threesmo, and to date, I have to say they have been superb, great customer service.

Impeccable Service.
The Impeccable professional service received from Ismail & the team was exceptional. The practice of TLP was without doubt the best in our entire chain of 6 properties. TLP are prompt accurate and polite in their communication with sound reasoning and explanations of legal jargon. I would have zero hesitations in recommending Ismail and the team at TLP. Their conduct throughout the transaction was superb.
