I have had recent experience with 4 solicitors and they have all been rubbish except for Ismail of TLP Solicitors. Ismail exceeded my expectations every time. He was super efficient, responding to emails within minutes even if I sent them at 8 in the morning. He was available on calls and if not would always call back soon after. He used common sense which unfortunately solicitors these days do not use!
House moves are very stressful and you need someone like Ismail to be on your side. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I can list the usual things about the cost of the service provided being reasonable , their work being thorough and timely and their excellent clear communication through out the process. However what is important to share is the kind , compassionate handling my octogenarian parents received during the process of buying and selling . The process was beset by snags with documents difficulties and personal issues which Ismail and his team handled with efficient professionalism and great sensitivity . Ismail was so approachable and respectful of my parents and their needs , he has been amazing . If I were to buy or sell in the future I would seek him out but I’m not sure I could put him through it all again ! Thank you again Ismail !

I am a first-time buyer and my financial adviser referred me to Ismail Khan - Head of Conveyancing for the purchase of my property. Ismail is a very approachable, patient and highly professional individual who looks after his clients very well. Throughout the conveyancing process Ismail provided excellent communication via emails and calls. It is very rare you can call your solicitor direct to get an update whenever you want, and this is the service you get with Ismail – if he is not available the receptionist takes your details, and he will call you back. We did experience some issues with the seller solicitor as they were not professional and did not communicate very well and delaying the process. Ismail however has his client’s interest in mind all the time, offers full commitment and follows up to get the job done from start to completion. I must give him and his law firm 10/10, I will be using his services again and will be recommending friends and family to him if there is a need. They also provide you with a client login account so you can track all progression with you sales/re-mortgage.

I was in a dilemma after being let down by another Company, I managed to find The Law Partnership which came highly recommended.

They did not disappoint!

I needed to purchase my property by September as my daughter was due to start at her new school.

I signed up to their services and within a few days my online account was up and running.

Ismail Khan kept me informed every step of the way and I managed to complete within 9 weeks.

I could not recommend TLPS services enough. Always prompt via email, and always polite. I've found their service to be fantastic from start to finish. I was a little nervous choosing a conveyancer which was not locally based however I did not need to worry - Ismail has been attentive throughout, and I expect his team have been much quicker to respond than most local solicitors, and from my experience, always within 24 hours - and usually within a few hours!

The app is also great - easy to use, and helps keep you informed exactly where you are up to in the buying/selling process.

Throughout the process of purchasing my first home, the team at TLP have been nothing short of outstanding. There was clear direction and guidance throughout the process with constant communication. What helped even further is a app was provided from TLP that lets you track progress as time goes on saving myself the need of panicking and calling round chasing to see if things have been completed.
