I had concrete gutters that were constantly leaking and had caused some damp
In the bathroom. Craig was honest, not pushy and advised the only way to resolve this was a complete replacement. The job was done efficiently, all the rubbish was taken and everything was explained. I’ve waited about 3 months to write this review to make sure everything is in good working order and I’m very happy to report it is!

Craig was very polite and helpful throughout the process, of replacing concrete guttering . His team of fitters,also very polite,led by Mark were very professional in their work, knew exactly what they were doing. The result was smart new guttering. They tidied up well before they left. Excellent job done, from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We had our concrete guttering replaced yesterday by Taylor Made. It was very easy to organise with Craig. The workmen turned up early and did a fantastic job. They even put my neighbours mind at rest about the down pipe! They were always polite and worked really hard, everything was cleared up when they finished. The house looks so much better. I would highly recommend them if you needed your guttering changed.

Great service on the phone with Craig who offered us a quote straightaway with skip hire and warranty included (and for a price that we thought was reasonable). Craig and the team replaced our concrete guttering a few weeks ago. Just had first heavy rain since and it did the job just fine. So, it looks much better, performs well, was fitted by a good team who literally worked from dawn to dusk to get everything done right and at a sensible price too. Very pleased.

We had our front and rear concrete guttering replaced today and would highly recommend this company. From the telephone conversations with Craig to the guys that carried out the work, all were very professional which resulted in a nice clean and precise finish.

I received a quick response from my initial query, set up appointment and received a quote on the spot – there was no quoting high and having to negotiate down.

I received other quotes and Taylor Made came out as the cheapest, they say you should never go with the cheapest but all the company’s explanations of the process, quality of/and materials used, and warranties were no different and Taylor Made had good independent feedback online, so we went with them.

The work was carried out on-time, without much fuss - the workmen were polit, got on with the job, tidied up well afterwards. The work looks good and I don’t have any issues.

There was enough communication between us, and we were not bombarded like companies can.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing their concrete gutters replacing.

We can't recommend TaylorMade highly enough. In place of the ugly concrete guttering, we now have a more practical and attractive alternative fitted perfectly by the TM team. From our first enquiry to the end of the process we have received excellent service. Craig Taylor was attentive and extremely helpful throughout the process and his team were a delight...cheerful despite the freezing weather conditions, polite and highly efficient. We never thought guttering would be something to be excited about but we are so pleased with the difference our new guttering has made to our house! Thank you Craig and the team.

Initial consultation to discuss the job felt honest and constructive, Craig took time to understand current issues and explain our options. I appreciated that there were no hard sell techniques employed. We got booked for full replacement of finlock gutters for upvc in good time and at a very competitive price.
The fitters were friendly, polite, and clearly very good at what they needed to do; they worked non stop to complete the job in a day, including a complete tidy up and removal of waste. Everything looks good, appears to be working (damp patches are already drying) - I'm fully satisfied and would recommend without hesitation.

They've done a brilliant graft today as they finished a 3 side house in about 7 hours! Great professional service received, kept in touch with me explaining what and when things would happen. The team turned up and introduced themselves, explaining what they would do and need from myself. The concrete guttering was removed and replaced without any problems, which looks absolutely brilliant. Craig was amazing throughout our search for someone to remove our concrete gutters. We bought a 1950's house with concrete gutters and Craig talked us through all the details so we felt reassured and happy that the problem of damp and mould in the house could be solved. He did not pressure us as other companies did and came back with an excellent price. His team were amazing, fast, tidy and efficent completing the job to a high standard. Discussed and agreed with Craig to replace both our rental property and the elderly neighbours gutters. Mark and his guys did both fronts yesterday and did the backs today finishing by 1.30pm. Very tidy job leaving just a small hippo bag of waste to be collected. The elderly neighbour was very pleased and his comment "these boys know how to graft!" Highly recommend Craig and his team.

Guys were friendly, really neat job and the house looks fresh.
Heavy rain for 2 days after the job was done , no damp coming through really really really pleased.

Job done in one day, no scaffold no skip.
We have had some torrential rain since and it seems to be working well.
We had water running down the inside walls from the leaky old concrete gutters.
A great team of fitters walked us through what they were doing; the boss Craig turned up and made sure we were entirely satisfied with the work. All respected Covid 19 regulations. The hippo bag was collected promptly. We highly recommend this very competitive company.

My Mother in laws house had old concrete guttering and she had started to get damp in one of the bedrooms. I spoke to Craig from Taylormade and he told me that the damp would be resolved in about 8 weeks if I had the old Concrete guttering removed and replaced with there system and it would only take a day to have it completely replaced. Well what can I say the tradesmen were on site just after 08:00 hours and worked in the terrible weather and the job was completely finished by 3 o'clock. You would have never known they had been at the house except for the lovely new guttering and fascia boards what a lovely job. Well done the Taylormade team
