I've been with TMGM for 2 years now with immaculate responsiveness and direction from someone who was new to the trading world. I am grateful to have direct contact with Milan who has been transparent and professional to ensure I receive the top success in my trading journey. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Trademax Global Limited, operating under the brand TMGM, regarding the cancellation of legitimate trading profits from my account.
My trading account number is 50220381. During my trading activity on the platform, I executed trades on the USD/JPY currency pair using the leverage provided by the broker on their trading platform. All trades were conducted according to the trading conditions and leverage offered by the broker.
Through these trades, I generated a net profit of approximately USD 2,200. However, after the trades were completed, the broker cancelled my profits without providing sufficient justification or supporting evidence. While my deposited funds were returned, the legitimate profits from my trades were removed from my account.
The broker claimed that my trading involved arbitrage trading and gap trading. I strongly deny these allegations. At no point did I engage in arbitrage strategies, latency exploitation, or any prohibited trading techniques. My trades were executed normally using the trading conditions and market access provided by the broker.
Furthermore, no concrete evidence has been presented to demonstrate that I violated any trading rules. From my understanding, I simply traded based on the available market conditions using the broker’s own platform and leverage.
I believe the cancellation of my profits is unfair and lacks transparency. Such actions may constitute improper handling of client trading results and potentially unfair trading practices.
Therefore, I respectfully request that the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission review this matter and investigate the conduct of Trademax Global Limited in relation to my trading account. I would appreciate assistance in determining whether the broker’s actions comply with regulatory standards and fair trading practices.
I am prepared to provide supporting documentation, including trade history, account statements, and communication records with the broker if required.

I strongly reject this response.
You claim “platform integrity” and “risk protocols,” yet your own system fully allowed every trade I executed. There were no rejections, no restrictions, and no warnings. I traded using the leverage YOU provided (1:1000), and everything was accepted in real time.
Only after I made profit — during a legitimate market move driven by geopolitical events — did you suddenly label my trading as a “violation.” This is not risk control. This is retroactive justification.
Before this profit, I experienced multiple margin calls, which clearly proves that my trading involves real risk. The claim that I had “no downside risk” is simply not true.
If my trading truly breached your rules, your system should have prevented it immediately. Instead, you allowed it, waited for the outcome, and then voided profits after the fact. That raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.
What is even more concerning:
My profits were removed without prior notice
My accounts were disabled without warning
My client area access was blocked
My withdrawal was acknowledged, then effectively obstructed
And yet, you still fail to provide:
Specific trade evidence
Clear technical explanation
Verifiable proof of any wrongdoing
Relying on vague internal clauses without transparency is not acceptable.
This matter has now been escalated to regulatory authorities, and I will continue to pursue it publicly and formally until a fair resolution is reached.
Traders should be aware: if the platform allows your trades, it may still cancel your profits later without clear evidence.

I’ve been using TMGM for some time now, and overall the experience has been positive. The platform is stable and execution is reliable for daily trading.

The spreads are competitive, and I rarely encounter major issues. The support team is responsive, and Leonardo, in particular, has been a great manager — always helpful, supportive, and consistently assisting me whenever I need guidance.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and comfortable continuing to trade with TMGM.

I am extremely disappointed with the way TMGM handled my account.

My trading account (#50199635) was suddenly disabled and I received an email claiming that my account was involved in “gap trading” on 06/03/2026 and that it violated Clause 9.7 of the Client Agreement. However, I did not intentionally engage in any gap trading strategy as mentioned.

Without any prior warning or proper explanation, TMGM deducted USD 407.20 from my account and informed me that all trading accounts under my email would be disabled and closed within 3 business days.

What concerns me the most is that this action was taken without my consent or a clear explanation. I have already sent emails to TMGM to ask for clarification, but so far I have not received any response from their team.

I believe this situation is unfair and unprofessional. I am requesting TMGM to provide a clear explanation regarding:
1. Why my account was flagged for gap trading.
2. Why funds were deducted from my account.
3. Why my account was closed without proper investigation or communication.

I hope TMGM can respond publicly here and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have always traded prop firm, particularly ftmo. Made the leap into the retail/broker world and with the help of Milan, He has created a seamless and easy transition. Everything was fine, trading was going well. I requested withdrawals to the specified bank account twice, the transfer arrived without a problem, and I saved the account as my permanent withdrawal account until I requested a third withdrawal. Today marks three weeks since I requested the withdrawal, and I still don't have it in my account. The broker explained that it was my bank's fault. I checked, and it turned out my bank didn't have the funds at all. Each time, support responded the same way, saying I had to wait patiently for the money to be returned, and then stopped responding to my emails. Now they've decided to embarrass themselves once again by citing an incorrect account number as the reason. It's just a shame they didn't check that I'd already withdrawn to the same account number twice. I still haven't received a response. They're explaining that they'll refund my money, but only after they receive it from the bank. They're holding my money, even though it's not my fault. It's a disaster.
