Having your main phone out of action is a pain, but these guys at least minimised the pain. Phone collected Tuesday, back fixed on Saturday with minimal effort from myself. Good level of updates so I knew what was going on without having to check a website etc. Also, allowing the phone to go for repair in 'maintenance mode' means the phone is secure and I didn't have to reinstall everything when I got the phone back.

Understood my issue with my watch, found my order and started the process of collection for repair. I was told it wouldn't be picked up till after Easter, however it was picked up 2 days later and returned in a week. I would like to have been kept up to date with what was happening with my order, that didn't happen, was just informed my watch would be returned, it was returned fully functional again, pleased with outcome 👍

This company are used for repairs to Samsung products, I returned my faulty Galaxy Ring for repair and received a replacement instead, more than happy with this sort of service.

I am writing this to warn other Samsung users about the rigid and contradictory service at TMT First Newcastle-under-Lyme. I booked a same-day service for a warranty screen protector replacement. Prior to my 12:30 PM arrival, I called to advise I might be 10 minutes late due to road conditions. I spoke to Kay, who assured me that because I had a 30-minute booking slot, a 12:40 PM arrival was perfectly acceptable.
I arrived exactly when I said I would, only to be told the repair would not be honored same-day. The "computer says no" attitude from the front-desk staff was staggering. They showed zero flexibility and zero regard for the fact that I had driven from Derby specifically because they are an authorized hub.
TMT First claims to be a premier Samsung partner, but they failed at the most basic level of communication and service. I have wasted half a day and a significant amount of fuel for a repair that takes less time than the check-in process itself. Samsung should reconsider who they trust with their "VIP" foldable customers.
My advice would be to go to an authorized EE service center, as based on previous visits they were great. The only reason for using this cowboy outfit was being told they could do it today. Traffic in Nottingham (my nearest EE service centre) can be a pain, but it's definitely not as bad as this experience with TMT First.
Hopefully Samsung UK will terminate their contract. The general consensus based on online reviews is that TMT First is not worthy of being connected to Samsung. It is obvious in retrospect that I possibly dodged a major headache looking at other reviews about potentially falsifying warranty repairs to generate more revenue.

If things are straightforward, all is great, if not, communication can be frustratingly difficult as there seems to be a lack of communication between departments and automated actions kick in before a situation is resolved which resulted in me having to send the same device THREE times.
This is more down to Samsung procedures than TMT though, but as everything comes through as a Samsung contact that is not very obvious until someone takes the time to explain this.

Contacted Samsung support on Saturday. Device collected Sunday. Was able to track progress online. Repair not possible so a replacement was sent and received the following Sunday. Whole process took 7 days from start to finish.

I lodged a complaint that my earbud pro3 Samsung is giving me problems, they got back to me to send it back to them and I did!. They didn't repair it for me but swapped it with a new one. All within three days. Thanks. I'm happy with the service I got. Kuddos.

TMT First were great and massively supportive.
Helping prevent delay on my repair unnecessarily and also managing to get my phone back to me within 7days. The process was handled well and their staff when calling in were always excpetionally helpful.

Sent my Samsung ring in due to battery issues.
The ring would charge to 100% within 5 minutes then die shortly after.
Samsung have sent me a brand new ring within 3 working days. 👏
