I sent my tablet off to be repaired under warranty as it randomly became unusable. I organised a repair via samsung. Within just a few days, I had the tablet back and in better condition than it left. The repair work was flawless. The tablet now works perfectly. Very pleased.

excellent customer service from TMT First. i had a faulty battery on my phone. sent back to samsung for repair, this was carried out by there repair specialists TMTFirst, received my phone back a few days later working as new with brand new battery. even received a courtesy call after receiving my device back to make sure all okay. Brilliant Service and 5 stars from me.

The actual service that my device undertook was actually very good. I do think that they just swapped my device as some hits and cracks were all gone but regardless,
I sent it Friday and I received my device on Wednesday looking or being brand New. The how and whys do not matter. That is excellent however you take it.
The reason I took 2 stars off is the whole experience with the transportation of my device. For a top dollars insurance, to use DPD and such a poor communication through the whole process is unacceptable.
Their claim web has low capacity of characters so my flat was missing a digit, let's say I was in flat 22 and because of the limitations on the characters you can type only the number 2 was save. Despite me emailing them they still fail to change it and the already poor quality of drivers from DPD made my life difficult to send or receive my device.
I had to wait for a whole hour outside my building to ensure that the transport would not give my device to the wrong people or just cancel my delivery both times.
I would expect with such a high end price that your policy holds to be able to afford a decent transport and better customer service support.
All the rest of the steps however held the high standards you would expect.

Very good. Was initially annoying that the warranty claim was rejected but it turned out to be a Samsung issue that was easily resolved. Rang a customer service number & Victoria who had sent me the mail answered the phone. Pretty unusual these days!

My journey started with the samsung earbuds what i purchased on amazon. After about 2 months i had problems with them and i contacted to samsung because i still had warranty on them. After more then 1 hour of phone call the samsung "expert" said everything is perfect and i can send them back. Service order reference: 4292618370. Few days later i had an email wich only says not under warranty. I can pay for the service for a third party company or they going to send them back. I call them what is it and they said not going to fix it because i bouth the earbuds abroad. ( they are from amazon) i sent the invoice to a lady and i was waiting days again. I had an other phone call again. An other lady asked me why i haven't send the invoice. I said i did straight away after the first phone call. I can proof still have the email with her name. Sent again. She said oh maybe she forgot to send to us but now everything is perfect and the repair is on the way. Two days later i had an email early morning we going to send back the earbuds. I called an other "expert" this time and he said the earbuds were made in UAE so they not going to touch it. Never had a worst experience in any costumer service in my life and all my devices were samsung at home but until now. Never buy any samsung again in my life. Very disgusting company. Shame yourself. I only have samsung products more then 10 years in my household but never again

Supposedly this is a Samsung authorised repair shop. They did not have a clue what to do with my phone, tempered with my software which they should not have touched at all! When asked them if they were going to compensate me, they stopped responding to my emails. I can no longer use my phone, because of them, and it was an expensive phone!

Great service, very quick to get the item assessed. They called me upon assessment of the phone and asked if I wanted to go ahead with what they had found, and was told whether or not it would be covered under warranty. They then carried out the work, and sent the device back. Overall, great service, polite and friendly staff, glad I put in the repair request.
