Not received parcel and I defo haven’t…

Not received parcel and I defo haven’t signed for it and no one was in my house so the delivery man must have done it himself I want a refund or the trainers delivering to my nearest shop on granville street

We received your order on December 31st. Your parcel was shipped out on January 3rd via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service.

We can see from the tracking number that your parcel is currently in transit to Northern Ireland. Due to severe weather (snow & ice) currently across the UK, please allow extra time for delivery as this is affecting courier deliveries.
